Sheamus and Del Rio are both just boring to me, as much as I hate Orton WWE should turn him heel and let Orton feud with Sheamus or something I'm just sick off Sheamus and Del Rio

  • SRP

    NO! NO! NO!

  • Chris

This is why I don’t get Friday off to watch smack down or even record it anymore!! Del snoreo should go to jobbing!!

    • Ace Vivid

Al-BORE-to Del Rio would have been better. Lol

  • H.M.

    Oh God, not again.

  • Mr Snaps

    ugh…. agaaaaaaaaain.

Another month of snoozefest it is. Though tbh would it really have been any more enjoyable with orton in the mix?

Alberto del Rio is probably the blandest character on WWE TV. Del Rio’s ring announcer is more over with the crowd than he is. A manager/valet/announcer is supposed to compliment their talent, not overshadow them. I don’t think that Ricardo Rodriguez is anything special, but he’s connecting with the live audience more than del Rio, which should be a concern for WWE management.Just look at a live crowd on PPV or on Raw when del Rio’s talking. It’s as if they couldn’t care less about what he’s saying. Then, when you watch him on Smackdown when he’s talking, the camera shots of the crowd don’t show them reacting to del Rio, but there’s still crowd noise being piped in. That’s a sure-fire sign that something is wrong. I’m not saying that del Rio can’t go in the ring, because he can, but his overall character isn’t good enough to be a main-eventer. The JBL character worked because Bradshaw was the kind of heel that could talk on the mic and incite the crowd enough to make them want to pay to see him get his ass kicked. That’s the heel’s job. Del Rio doesn’t do that. He just bores me to tears. WWE have invested heavily into del Rio over the last two years and to be honest, I don’t think he’s worth it. His character is bland, he can barely cut a decent promo and he’s just not connecting with a live WWE crowd. That’s why he was shipped back to Smackdown earlier this year, so they can create heat for him. I’ve been wrong before, and I probably will be again, but to me, del Rio is bland, boring and brutal to listen to. His gimmick is mid-card at best and I think it’s time WWE realised that and stopped forcing us to accept mediocre as main-event.

Del Rio again? Come on.. I hope this isn't going to become a feud..

    • David

It's been a fued for essentially the entire summer.

  • Bored fan

Done with Smackdown til Del Rio leaves.

  • Ryan Cooper

Oh Joy. I’m beginning to think its his destiny or something. Seriously, this is getting boring. Seriously effing boring.

    • Bored kid

Yeah his destiny to be borrrrring

  • Blake

    Gosh why Richard why

  • Zatch

Really again?! This guy is so boring to watch and listen to. Why can’t wwe give someone else a shot instead of shoving ADR down our throats

  • Hardy

“No no no no no no” Anyone but del rio is better! More deserving performers.

  • Blastoise

    ughh again? Really?

  • Austin

AGAIN!!! I used to remember when Summerslam would be the big show for the blow off to the fueds. Only good thing about this is that Orton is not in the title picture. I mean are they kidding themselves?

  • JasonGaza

trust me this is all going along for Irton’s heel turn, leading to Rey to becoming a baby face maineventer on smackdown again

  • Kleck

They put Del Rio over Orton? Seriously, do they not care enough to have a decent bout for the WHC that people want to see?

  • kkl

another title shot NO NO NO NO NO

  • wwefanatic

He’s becoming the next Batista. Title shot after title shot.

  • Mike Gilreath

More poor writing, when ADR was out with his injury you did not even notice, Orton out on his suspension hurt the WWE…no one guy is going to make or break WWE but Orton has way more pop than ADR…

  • lukeheffernan

    Oh, dear god no.

  • Thumpa

  • Dave McGreal

The World Heavyweight Championship is seriously being diminished with this feud, its got about as much prestige as the Intercontinental belt at the moment

  • James

It should of been a fatal 4 Way for the world heavyweight championship. Sheamus, Del Rio, Orton, and a returning Wade Barrett.

    • JasonGaza

fatal 4 way ppv would be perfect right now, Raw: Punk, Cena, Show, Bryan, SD: Sheamus, Orton, Barrett, Del Rio
      IC: Miz, Rey, Christian, Tensai

  • Mariya

Look I want sheamus John cena ,and triple h to get it!!!!

  • Joe

The funny thing is about all you people saying how boring he is is that you loved him this time last year, I still like him but he is getting bland, he works the rich snob gimmick well, what he needs is a gimmick revamp but in a way that he’s still a rich snob

  • ldb

can;'t agree more. Ricardo has more charisma in his pink than Del Rio could buy. Smackdown ratings would go up if Del rio goes out. People watch for the Ryback squash, the Cesaro squash, and maybe a Sandow if hes there. Then is time to change the channel because you ll see the same thing next Friday.

  • Braxton

I really don't care abotu Del Rio at all, but did anyone else think the match at SummerSlam was good? I was surprisingly into that match and it had a great finish. This is all my opinion though…

  • johncena

    Alllllllbbbeeeeeerrrrrrtttttooooooooooooo Dellllllll Riiiiiioooooooooo!
He willl win. Barrett comes back and challenges Barrett champ. Setting up Orton vs Barrett. Orton Champ by Royal Rumble!

  • JasonGaza

To be honest, Del rio and Orton are two very boring wwe stars, espcially when putting them with sheamus. I want Sheamus fueding with Kane.

  • Chris

I would have thought Bryan would have been back in the running on smackdown with a win over kane and punk moving toward Rocky, or Ziggler refocusing his sights on the gold after his loss to Y2J, but to get a third round for this feud. i was starting to worry when Punk/Bryan seemed to be going a little long, this, this just shows the lack of pushed top talent on smackdown.

  • Chris

They might have done that to teach Orton a lesson, and maybe the returning wade is gonna come back for a title shot, him being all punches and kicks and smiles, an Irish man and a uk man! Let’s get it on!
