AJ Styles posted an in-character Tweet on Saturday, confirming what we reported prior to him winning the TNA Championship at Bound for Glory… he’s ready to defend the TNA title “around the world.” Below is the Tweet:
Really looking forward to defending my title around the world. No worries, I’ll bring the belt to you.

We broke the story that the plan was for Styles to beat Bully Ray for the TNA title at Bound for Glory and “leave” the company with the title. Styles went on to “leave” after successfully defending the TNA title on this week’s episode of Impact Wrestling.
We’re told TNA reached out to Keiji Mutoh’s WRESTLE-1 promotion and New Japan Pro Wrestling about having Styles defend their belt in Japan.
