Alberto Del Rio Injury Update

WWE has confirmed that Alberto Del Rio has a torn groin and it will require surgery to repair. He’s expected to be out four to six weeks.

Del Rio was injured in the main event of last week’s edition of Raw Supershow.

Back from a torn groin in only four to six weeks? Doubtful. Maybe eight to ten weeks if Alberto is a fairly quick healer. Better to target the month leading to Wrestlemania for a return and be 100%. Not worth the risk of aggravating it and being out longer.
