Angle Returns, Hogan Not At Impact, ECIII Debuts, BFG Lineup Changes & Additions, Xplosion Spoilers

- Kurt Angle returned to Impact Wrestling on this week’s show, setting up a Bound for Glory match against Bobby Roode. This was Angle’s first appearance on TNA television since he entered rehab back in August. He’ll be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame on Saturday, October 19, 2013.

- From the best I can tell, Hulk Hogan was not at Thursday night’s tapings in Tulsa, Oklahoma and hasn’t signed a new deal. The back and forth is getting exhausting but given the parties involved, what do you expect? Hogan has WWE aspirations, while TNA wants him to sign at a lower rate. We’ve covered this from every angle and will continue as it unfolds behind-the-scenes.

- Ethan debuted on Impact Wrestling and will be going by ECIII or Ethan Carter III. As previously reported here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com, the character is portrayed by the former Derrick Bateman. You can watch the introduction vignette at this link.

- Samoa Joe was added to the Ultimate X Match for the X Division Championship at Bound for Glory. He’ll join Jeff Hardy, Chris Sabin and Austin Aries as challengers for the belt currently held by Manik.

- The following was taped Thursday night for TNA Xplosion:

* Kazarian b. Sam Shaw
* Joseph Park b. Jessie
