The Vice President of Business Operations, Talent and Live Events, will be based in Stamford, CT and will report to the EVP, Talent and Live Events. This right-hand role is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an executive who is looking for a role that offers immediate engagement and impact on the performance of our most critical asset. The VP of Business Operations will be immersed in the heart of our business and, in partnership with the department head, will have a direct impact on the future of WWE’s global brand through assessment, planning, and execution of our Talent Development and Live Event strategies.
This position will integrate with key leaders and partners across WWE to develop strategies and plans to drive execution of all business priorities. The ideal candidate will have an extensive business background and/or an MBA. They will also have a high customer service orientation and will be able to operate with tact/diplomacy at all times.
