Another Law Firm Investigating WWE For Possible Securities Fraud

Ademi & O’Reilly, LLP announced on Tuesday they are investigating WWE for possible securities fraud. In a press release, the firm stated they are looking into inaccurate statements made regarding WWE’s business practices, financial statements and prospects. You can read more about their investigation at this link.

This comes on the heels of an investigation by former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, as to whether the company or its officers and directors violated state or federal securities laws by overstating the value of their new domestic TV licensing agreement.

I love this, Wall Street were the ones that originally predicted that the WWE’s TV deal would double or triple which ended up jacking up the stock price yet somehow it’s McMahon’s fault.
