Antonio Cesaro Injury Update

We noted in early November that Antonio Cesaro was working with a broken bone in his hand. It turns out he’s been working with broken fingers and a dislocated finger but continues to gut it out.

Speaking of Cesaro, he remains high on WWE’s radar and it was seen as a big deal they didn’t him go under to Ryback on last week’s Raw. However, once this was pointed out, he was booked under to him on last week’s Super Smackdown Live.

When was the last time most wrestlers worked with a injury let alone broken bones

    • Jerry

It happens alot actually. Batista worked the last couple of months with a torn right tricep back in late 05. Most wrestlers are always banged up.

He's the future of WWE along with Dolph Ziggler, Wade Barrett, Cody Rhodes and The Shield. Mark my words, he'll be challenging for World Titles somewhere in mid or end of 2012. Agree?

ill agree but 2013 seems more likely

        LMAO

Umm, unless he's got a time machine, I don't really see that happening.

I'm on board with that opinion, but I also feel like 2013 or 2014 is more reasonable. Especially since we are only 8 days away from the start of 2013. Though Cesaro is going to have to get in line behind Ziggler as long as Dolph can stay healthy. Miz is still young enough to be added to your list also, and IMO his run at the top wasn't nearly as long as it could have been. WWE's future is currently looking very bright, and is looking way better than it was at this time just last year. They are doing a bang-up job of introducing all of this new talent to the fans so far. While at the same time, they are involving this new talent in some of the more high profile angles that are currently being booked. Putting them straight into these big angles right away seems like a great way to get them over really quick with the fans. I just hope that they all can keep up the great work they've done thus far because if they don't they can fail just as quickly in such important angles.

Call me crazy but I haven't been all that Impressed with Cesaro so far. He's super talented but I think a lot of people are making him out too be alot better the he really is.

Cesaro is what is known as a utility worker which means he can have a great match with anyone. Those type of wrestlers are hard to find, I myself am a utility wrestler as a worker myself I enjoy Claudios work.

I am loving cesaro, sandow, Ziggler, and especially the shield. I’m just not seeing what everyone else is Seeing in Rhodes and Barrett. To be honest they are pretty boring to me.

    • KingKongBrody

Ziggler is always talking where you can hear him call spots. I see him hit himself when he throws a punch, kick, or dropkick to get the smack. He over sells everything. You never saw Shawn Michaels Mr. Perfect guys like that with the mistakes Ziggler makes. Cesaro, the Shield, Sandow I’m looking forward to watching there careers progress. Did anyone see the Team Hell No vs Rhodes and Sandow what a great match best tag match in a long time.

Claudio I mean Antonio is tough and a very good worker and has been around long enough from the Indy wrestling to really be able to help some younger guys And he is double tough
