Did Batista turn heel at Bragging Rights last night? What are your thoughts on the angle?
It looks like WWE is turning Batista heel to feud with Rey Mysterio on SmackDown. I think it has the potential to be entertaining. Batista was growing stale and needed his character tweaked. Batista, along with Triple H, are two guys that have had the same gimmicks for quite some time and could both use some updating.
Do you feel that Michelle McCool is being disrespectful to AJ Styles by copying the Styles Clash and secondly copying the hooded robe that AJ wears to the ring?
I find it bizarre more than anything else. I have no idea why she is doing this but it is certainly a play off of Styles. I've never been very high up on the work of McCool and this isn't going to make her any friends in the business.
I have just checked out the TNA website and Booker T has been removed from their roster page, do you think he could return to WWE soon?
There have been a lot of rumors Booker T could be WWE bound although nothing is certain until Booker's TNA contract expires next month. I was told a return was likely by the end of the year. You can read more at this link.
Why did nothing ever come of Ted DiBiase's brother running in and costing John Cena the title a few months ago? It seemed pointless to have him run-in and then disappear.
There were no plans to debut Brett DiBiase on a full-time basis as I reported on it when it happened. There was a lot of talk of adding either DiBiase or Joe Hennig to The Legacy but that seems to have cooled off lately. That's not to say we won't see another member in the future, but WWE did the angle with Brett to give him some work on television.
