You recently said that Ted DiBiase is going to be a big star and while I agree with that, what do you think about Cody Rhodes? I see just as much potential.
The future is very bright for Cody Rhodes as it is for Ted DiBiase. WWE officials have been higher up on DiBiase than Rhodes but that doesn't mean they do not feel Rhodes is a future main even talent. Rhodes has a great look, is great on the mic and can work in the ring so he has a very high upside. DiBiase's push will probably happen first with The Marine 2 coming out but Rhodes is expected to get pushed as well.
Do you think Batista turning heel will affect the "I Walk Alone" DVD sales?
I don't think it will have any affect at all. The people that are going to buy the DVD are Batista fans, so they are going to like him whether he is a babyface or a heel. I am high up on the company turning Batista heel as I feel his character as a babyface was stale.
Why did TNA change the names of Elijah Burke and Nigel McGuinness? Wouldn't it be better to keep the name recognition that was built in other promotions? I know they aren't the biggest names in wrestling but Nigel at least was one of the top workers in ROH.
I'm not sure about what happened with Elijah Burke but Nigel McGuinness owns the trademark to his name and didn't want to sell it to TNA Wrestling. TNA obviously owns the name Desmond Wolfe.
What is the salary difference between a top WWE superstar and a top TNA superstar?
Top WWE stars are paid more obviously. WWE is able to offer higher downsides because they are a bigger company and bonuses are more because they do more pay-per-view buys, sell more merchandise and more fans attend their shows. A top TNA star may make 6 figures while a top WWE star makes in the seven figure range.
