Contracts, Lashley/TNA, Guest Hosts, Shane McMahon

How is the pay scale determined for different wrestlers, valets, and managers, for PPVs and house shows?
WWE workers are paid as independent contractors. They have a downside guarantee (money they make as long as they are under contract and not suspended), show payouts and bonuses. The show payouts are paid to workers that work the live events or appear on television or pay-per-view. Bonuses include extra money for merchandise sales, PPV main event bonuses, Wrestlemania bonuses, etc. The bigger stars obviously make the most money.
Is Bobby Lashley actually done with TNA? If so what is his next move in pro wrestling or is he just sticking with MMA?
Bobby Lashley is still with TNA Wrestling. The entire "leaving" angle is just a way to turn him heel. Lashley had in his contract he'd be able to appear for TNA and work MMA bouts all along.
How does WWE choose the guest hosts for Raw and do the guest hosts get paid?
WWE contacts celebrities that have something they would like to promote and they offer a tradeoff. If celebrity agrees to come in and host the show, they can promote whatever they want (an upcoming movie, a charity, a book, etc). Comedian/radio host Dennis Miller said WWE did not pay him but let him promote his charity so I assume that is the same for everyone.
Do you ever see Shane McMahon going to TNA?
I do not see Shane McMahon ever going to TNA. Numerous sources told me when Shane put in his resignation for WWE he was doing so to get involved in Mixed Martial Arts and he "absolutely" wasn't going to TNA. Anything is possible but I don't see it happening.
