Cruiserweights In WWE, Where's Suicide?, Guest Hosts

With the increasing number of small, but very talented guys in to the WWE (such as Evan Bourne, Yoshi Tatsu, Jimmy Wang), do you think WWE should bring the Cruiserweight title back?
I do not think WWE needs more titles, especially one Vince McMahon never held in high regards. The company has a hard enough time pushing the belts they have, making some of them nothing more than props most of the time. There are a couple of smaller workers such as Rey Mysterio that break through the glass ceiling in WWE but most are going to be mid-card workers at best. Bourne continues to job every time it looks like they are going to start pushing him again.
Where is Suicide?
Frankie Kazrian, a/k/a Suicide, is scheduled for this weekend's TNA house shows. He hasn't been on television lately with nothing for him.
Is this angle of having guest hosts on RAW a permanent thing or is it just a way to keep people talking about and watching Raw during the summer months? As a diehard WWE fan I get really insulted seeing celebrities come in and get free publicity for their movies when they don't even know anything about WWE and don't even take enough time to learn the name of the upcoming pay-per-view. "Summerfest"? Really? The name was plastered all over the arena and he still got it wrong.
The idea of the Raw guest host gimmick was to garner more mainstream attention on the product during the summer months where ratings are traditionally lower. The gimmick seems to have accomplished the goal of getting more mainstream attention on the product, especially when Shaquille O'Neal hosted the show in Washington, D.C. I'm not crazy over the idea as I feel some have done better than others but I actually thought several members of the WWE roster could learn from Shaq. I found him to be more entertaining than the majority of the roster (as for a mic work in concerned). As for how long the gimmick will last, I think it will continue until Vince McMahon gets tired of it.
