Where in the world is Curt Hawkins and does WWE have anything planned for him?
Curt Hawkins has been working in Florida Championship Wrestling in Tampa. There are no immediate creative plans for him as he was sent back down to developmental for more seasoning. WWE management is obviously higher up on Zack Ryder than Curt Hawkins.
Hey Richard, I was just curious, what are your thoughts on Linda McMahon stepping down as CEO of WWE to run for US Senate?
I feel like Linda McMahon is trying to be the Republican version of Hillary Clinton but I'm not sure how it will work. I was surprised to hear of her stepping down as CEO of WWE because she is highly regarded in the corporate world as one of the most successful female executives. With that being said, Linda has a love for politics and really thinks she has a chance to win. If she doesn't win, she'll probably be re-appointed as a WWE Executive.
With his recent release from TNA, do you think it's possible to see BG James resurrect his role as Road Dogg and rejoin DX and the WWE?
Anything is possible but I think it's highly unlikely. As far as I know there are no long-term plans for DeGeneration X and it is being used to promote WWE's upcoming tour of the United Kingdom. I have also speculated about a possible breakup leading to a Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels match at WrestleMania.
If you think about it, it was like Jeff Hardy was staying off of drugs for the WWE Wellness Policy. Now seeing what has happened, I feel sorry for him. I was wondering: do you think if Jeff would've signed a new deal with WWE he wouldn't have gotten busted?
Jeff Hardy was not only charged with possession of these illegal substances but he was hit with two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, meaning he was trying to sell the drugs. No one knows if the drugs were in his system or if he just planned on selling them, but I do not feel sorry for him. I have no explanation for why Jeff Hardy would act so irresponsibly but he's going to have to face the charges brought against him.
What are your thoughts on Batista returning to SmackDown?
It was necessary because SmackDown needed another main event talent. Raw is loaded with Randy Orton, John Cena and Triple H so there was no need to try to mix Batista back into the brand with Rey Mysterio suspended, Edge injured and Jeff Hardy gone on SmackDown.
