DX, HBK Retirement, Blood/WWE, Scott Steiner

What is going to happen with DeGeneration X?
The plan has been to dissolve the faction/tag team after Royal Rumble so Triple H and Shawn Michaels can focus on their single matches going into Wrestlemania. Shawn Michaels teased retirement on Monday night and that may not be 100% storyline. I was told last week (and reported here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com Premium) there is a very real possibility Michaels and The Undertaker could hang it up after Wrestlemania.
My question is with regards to Shawn Michaels comment to Triple H on Raw, about his career being over. Is this a tease to his retirement?
To elaborate on the question I answered above Michaels needs both of his knees completely restructured and if he doesn't retire, he's said himself he plans to take time off following Wrestlemania.
Is WWE aware that the more they stop matches in the middle just to cure a cut that a superstar gets, the more fans get upset. I, for one, am getting sick and tired of doctors stopping the match just to stop the bleeding (most of the time, it's a cut). It wastes precious time in a match. And every child sees or has an experience with blood in their childhood life. I think more and more fans will turn away if WWE keeps restricting more and more. Is WWE (Vince McMahon) aware of this?
I'm sure WWE is aware fans are not happy with it but until someone challenges the company, things are not going to change. Vince McMahon realizes he has a monopoly over the industry and he's molded this PG product the way he wants it to attract quality advertisers. McMahon is also big on promoting "family friendly" programming right now, especially with Linda running for United States Senate.
Will Scott Steiner ever come back to WWE or TNA?
Anything is possible but I have not heard of any immediate interest in WWE. Steiner was upset with the creative direction of TNA Wrestling and basically left under his own terms. Steiner's last run with WWE was less-than-impressive and I couldn't imagine him getting another shot, especially the way he's bashed people in WWE (especially Triple H) since leaving.
