First, awesome site, your coverage is without a doubt the best on the web! My question is are you as disappointed as I am about the placement of the Flair Michaels match at WrestleMania, I mean, right in the middle of the card? It seems they didn't give the match the setting it deserved. Also, I was expecting some type of celebration at the end to Honor Ric Flair but there was nothing. Any idea why? Thanks.
Thanks for the compliment! Yes I am very disappointed with the placement of Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels on the WrestleMania card and it affected my overall enjoyment of the remaining matches. I knew that no match would be able to follow it but I was told on Friday that they were going to do BunnyMania after it to try and lighten the mood. I felt a hangover from the match throughout the rest of the pay-per-view and despite the remaining matches being very good, they still couldn't top Flair vs. Michaels. As for a celebration after the match, I was told that they had something big planned; however, it obviously did not happen. I do not have any details as to why it was scrapped but if I find something out I will be sure and post an update. I thought there should have been more as well.
Why didn't Triple H win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XXIV? Are they still going to do the John Cena and Triple H feud over the summer?
WWE keeps everyone guessing and the triple-threat match for the WWE Championship was another one of those moments. There were, at one time, plans for Triple H to win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. Nonetheless WWE decided to switch it up and let Randy Orton retain. As far as I know, WWE still wants to do a Triple H vs. John Cena program this summer but anything can happen. We'll see the direction that they take on Raw Monday but you had to feel like once the ECW Championship changed hands along with the triple-threat match not being the main event that they were not going to do a title change.
Why are you angry about KANE winning the ECW title? YES KANE THE NEW ECW CHAMPION!!! HE IS THE BEST AFTER TAKER!!! Whether you like it or not he is your ECW CHAMPION!!! KANE 4LIFE!!!!!
I have been receiving emails just like this one with people marking out for Kane who defeated ECW Champion Chavo Guerrero in less than 10 seconds. I'm not angry that Kane won the ECW Championship, I am angry about what WWE has done to the ECW Championship. Seriously, a title change in less than 10 seconds at WRESTLEMANIA? It's ridiculous and a bitter reminder of what WWE has done to ECW.
