HBK vs. Undertaker, WWE PG, Batista, TNA's Ring

How likely is it Shawn Michaels will retire at Wrestlemania?
As I noted last night, it's going to be interesting to see what happens as both The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels are pondering retirement after Wrestlemania. We could make arguments both ways but as far as I know no decision has been made. They are both banged up and I am under the impression Shawn will have to sign a contract extension (which won't be a problem) if he plans to keep wrestling after Wrestlemania.
Do you ever see WWE changing the PG rating to TV-14 anytime soon, or are they pleased with the PG rating?
WWE is happy with their PG direction and I do not see that changing for the foreseeable future. We know all the reasons but in addition to the family-friendly programming and higher tier advertisers, they want to keep things clean during Linda McMahon's run for United States Senate. The only way I see things changing is if TNA is able to challenge them and they are still a long way out.
Why is Batista pondering retirement?
Batista's contract is up after Wrestlemania. He's signed on for a WWE Studios film that he'll do after the big pay-per-view and then he will make a decision. You can read more at this link.
Why did TNA bring in the four sided ring if they want ratings, so many people oppose to it, but still they continue to pursue the challenge of using a square ring? It doesn't feel right in TNA, for many years we had the six sides.
Hulk Hogan hated the six-sided ring and felt they needed to go back to the traditional ring to be competitive. Many hardcore TNA fans are not happy about it, but Hogan isn't looking to please the hardcore TNA fans. Hogan is looking to attract the mainstream audience and cut into Vince McMahon's viewership.
