How do the Nasty Boys get to use their name in TNA when the Dudley Boys had to change their name to Team 3D?
The Nasty Boys own the rights to their name whereas The Dudley Boys trademark is owned by WWE.
Why did Ric Flair sign with TNA?
I think it was a combination of a recent falling out with Vince McMahon and WWE and his friendship with Hulk Hogan. Apparently Flair is coming in to TNA to mentor some of the younger workers and make on-screen appearances. There aren't any immediate plans for Flair to wrestle but with him you never know.
After reading and hearing many interviews by both Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff, to me it seems like they are making one major mistake they made with WCW. They both seem more worried about beating WWE than making TNA better. What are your thoughts?
All of the comments that Hogan and Bischoff make regarding WWE are one big "hype machine". Based on the booking of the live edition of Impact and last night's show, it seems like the only major change they have made to TNA thus far is the talent pushed and the attention the promotion has received. I haven't seen any upgrade as of yet regarding the booking of the product. The product is still a creative disaster but the attention they are giving the promotion seems to be helping.
What is the real life relationship between Jeff Jarrett and Hulk Hogan?
As far as I know Jarrett and Hogan do not have a very good relationship but a deal was worked out with Dixie Carter for Jarrett to remain on board. It has to be a shot in the ego that Jarrett went from calling the shots to working as a guest referee on house shows.
It seems like Randy Orton lets his frustration show on-camera more than the others?
Randy Orton is more emotional than some other workers but he gets by with it because he is a heel. A heel can react like he does because he can always blame it on "playing up the character". If he were a babyface I would think the office would have more to say about it but when you have the status of Randy Orton, company officials are going to be more lenient with what you get by with.
