If a WWE Superstar is released, can WWE rehire them when their 90-day non-compete agreement is in effect?
Yes, WWE can rehire workers that are in the 90-day non-compete agreement. The agreement is placed in WWE contracts to prevent workers from getting fired then showing up with a competing company the following week. It was started when WWE and WCW were doing battle and workers would jump ship all the time.
I just read here on WNW that Mark Henry was injured on Raw. Do you think he was to be part of Cena's team before his injury? That could explain the somewhat puzzling decision to put in The Great Khali. Henry would have definitely been a better fit with his in-ring ability.
The Great Khali was booked to be a member of Team Cena. I agree it's a puzzling decision, but it was in the plans all along. I'm not sure how serious Henry's shoulder injury is but that was a nasty bump he took out of The Wasteland.
Since last year's Hell in a Cell it appears as if CM Punk has slowly been pushed into mid-card status. Being absent from MITB was certainly a snub. Do you see him getting another push or has he underperformed to a point where he is no longer considered top card talent?
CM Punk is still a main event performer on the Smackdown brand in WWE. He wasn't on the company's Money in the Bank pay-per-view because he is currently out after undergoing minor surgery to clean up bone chips in his elbow.
What's the latest on Gene Snitsky?
Snitsky was cast for the movie "Manos: The Search for Valley Lodge" but has been trying to rally support from fans to get hired by TNA Wrestling. Snitsky has been trying to get hired by TNA for years but there hasn't been any interest. He's on Twitter and I always get a kick out of his criticism of Raw considering how badly his character was booked.
