Sheamus On Raw, TNA vs. Raw, Nash's Suspension

I like Sheamus and I think if given the right program, he could become a main event talent. That being said, do you think they may have moved him to Raw too early? I'd hate to see him buried the way Evan Bourne has been lately.
I think it's too early but I think one of the reasons Sheamus was moved is because Triple H is behind him. Sheamus has the potential to be a main event worker and was very impressive during his time in developmental. I hope he is not buried but I question moving him to Raw before he was fully established on ECW.
If TNA were to move to Monday nights, with the current rosters, and the backing of each company, who would "win" this war in the long run?
Hypothetically speaking, it would be impossible to determine the "long term" winner. Obviously WWE would dominate the short term, but a couple of things could go TNA's way and dramatically change things. No one thought WCW could do it but they moved to Monday nights then took WWE for all they had. We'll see as nothing has been finalized regarding a Monday night TV slot for TNA Wrestling.
What did Kevin Nash say to make him get suspended?
The news this reader is referring to is located at this link. Kevin Nash was upset that TNA did not stop the match where Chris Sabin hurt his neck. Directly after the match, Nash's music hit and he came out for his promo. Instead of following the script, Nash said "this is the start of the edit point because they should've never left one of the boys on the apron." Nash apparently berated the company for not stopping the match because Impact is a taped show. Thankfully Sabin was not seriously injured and only suffered a stinger.
Can other wrestlers use someone else's finishers with or without their permission?
Yes, someone can use another wrestler's finisher without getting in trouble because they are not copyrighted or anything like that. However, wrestlers in the same company avoid using another worker's finisher out of respect more than anything else. If someone used the pedigree in WWE, you better believe they would get an earful from WWE management. As for Jarrett doing the maneuver, there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Whatever happened to Carmella DeCesare?
Carmella is married to former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia. She is involved in the Garcia Pass It On Foundation and the last I heard she was pregnant with their second child.
