The Miz, TNA Problems, Y2J Error, Vickie Guerrero

Does The Miz have backstage heat in WWE?
As far as I know there is no backstage heat on The Miz. I'm not sure why they did the stipulation match they did on Raw last night as they did not sell the fact he was "banned" from SummerSlam, Raw and the Staples Center after he got pinned by John Cena. Maybe they plan on putting him on another brand but it was bad booking and poor execution from the commentators.
With all the recent news of TNA firing Dutch Mantel and their head road agent. It looks like TNA is dying out like WCW in 2001, and news that Dixie Carter will buy Jeff's shares of TNA so she can control the whole company what is going on here? Ever since the MEM angle the whole company has spiraled out of control. What is your take on the situation?
Despite obvious internal problems, TNA Wrestling's viewership continues to grow. As bad as the booking has been the company has expanded their fan base. It's frustrating and almost bizarre but while there are problems, business seems to be steady. We're still trying to get details on Jeff Jarrett's status with the company but things have been very quiet.
I noticed last night on Raw, during the US Championship match, Chris Jericho referred to referee Charles Robinson by name, and quickly caught himself. Do you think he will be reprimanded for this, or will it be seen as an honest mistake?
Chris Jericho won't get any heat for this but I noticed how he quickly retracted from calling Charles Robinson by name to "the referee". Speaking of Jericho on commentary, I felt he did a very good job. Chris is excellent on the mic and I like the pairing of him and Big Show.
Where is Vickie Guerrero?
Vickie Guerrero is gone from World Wrestling Entertainment. Vickie quit because she wanted to spend more time at home with her children.
