Do you see Tyler Reks being fired from WWE after his airplane incident, especially since they haven't been using him, and they are currently releasing guys? Was he perhaps already on the chopping block before the incident?
I was told prior to the Tyler Reks airplane incident he didn't look good in the ring and wasn't getting over on the mic. Reks is apparently a very weird guy that has already rubbed several people in the company the wrong way. After he worked a dark match in Orlando at the end of last year, one WWE source told me he needed to be "future endeavored". I don't wish anyone to lose their job but the future does not look bright for the unproven superstar.
Whatever happened to the talks of Kurt Angle returning to the WWE?
They've cooled off significantly since Angle's TNA deal did not expire when it was believed too. I'm not sure if Angle signed some type of extension or what but there have not been any "Kurt to WWE rumors" for months.
I heard that Booker T's contract negotiations failed with WWE. What do you think is next for Booker T?
Negotiations between WWE and Booker T have indeed broken off again. The hang up is over dates as Booker T wants to work a limited number of dates, but the company does not want to give him that kind of deal. Booker is accepting limited independent dates and I look for him to bounce around there until he either comes to terms to return to WWE or decides to retire.
Why did TNA sign Jeff Hardy if he is facing jail time?
TNA obviously felt it was worth the risk to sign Jeff Hardy even with him facing drug charges. Right now it is unknown what Hardy will be able to do with his trouble with the law which is one of the reasons he has not been added to the Roster Page on the official TNA Wrestling website.
Randy Orton vs. Sheamus at Royal Rumble - good idea or bad idea?
I think it's a bad idea because a heel vs. heel match for an unproven worker is always a difficult situation. Sheamus has not established himself to the point where he can get the crowd behind him. I'm hoping to be wrong but I would have rather seen Sheamus take on a babyface. WWE is not going to give up on his title reign because of the monster push he
has received.
