Wellness Policy Flawed?, Regal's Push, MVP/Prison, Rock

First of all, I've just recently began subscribing to your Premium section and I have to say, it's worth every penny, totally awesome. You're doing a great job. My question is, in your opinion, how legit do you think the WWE Wellness Policy is? It seems to me that, while most wrestlers have lost a mass of body weight and in many cases have even been suspended, there are certain people who are clearly getting away with using so-called "illegal substances" due to their respective positions backstage, what do you think?
I am glad that you are enjoying your membership! Several readers have started sending in how much they are enjoying the service and I am glad that Wrestling News World is able to serve you. As for your question, there is a major loop hole in the WWE Wellness Policy. If a wrestler has a medical prescription for what they test posted for, they are excused. Therefore if a superstar has several doctor friends that will write them prescriptions, they can take whatever they want. Go look through the WWE Wellness Policy; notice where it mentions "the non-medical use of drugs." The same statement is included in the Wellness Policy amendments which can be viewed on the Corporate WWE website.
With William Regal winning the KOTR, do you think that since it looks like he is in for a push that this could leave the door open for someone, say like Ric Flair to come back to WWE television as the new Raw GM?
As far as I know, William Regal winning the King of the Ring tournament last night on Raw was a decision that was made over the weekend as original plans called for Kennedy to return and face off against CM Punk in the finals. I am hoping to get more information as to what transpired to keep Kennedy off television until next week and why Regal was given the push so I do not want to be too quick to judge Regal's future. Regarding Flair returning as the Raw General Manager, anything is possible, but I do not think anything is going to happen in the immediate future.
Why was MVP in prison? What did he do?
MVP was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping at the age of 16. He served 9 1/2 years of an 18 1/2 year prison sentence. Antonio credits professional wrestling for saving him.
I noticed that all three of the presidential candidates that appeared on RAW Monday, made references to The Rock...anything going on here?
No, The Rock was probably just a popular wrestler that advisers of the candidates could relate to and help them formulate catchy speeches. The interesting thing about it is The Rock is a republican and both democratic candidates made several Rock references. Furthermore WWE had their fake Hillary Clinton do a Hulk Hogan rip off gimmick when Hogan has publicly endorsed Barack Obama.
