WWE HOF Selection, Taz In TNA, Papered, More

Who are the people within the WWE who decide who will be elected into the WWE Hall Of Fame each year?
I've heard several different scenarios of a WWE Hall of Fame selection process but don't be fooled - Vince McMahon makes the decisions on who gets in and who doesn't. This has become more than evident with the selections and timing of the selections. For example, it was no coincidence Bret Hart was inducted right around the time the company did a DVD on his career. While the WWE Hall of Fame is considered an honor, it is still Vince McMahon's Hall of Fame and those not on his good side aren't going to get in unless it profits him.
I realize Taz was a great wrestler in the original ECW, but he hasn't wrestled in years and most kids think of him as an announcer from WWE. What's the point of bringing him in to be Joe's advisor when he's already with the MEM?
The plan since they started the Samoa Joe mystery advisor angle was to bring Taz in under the role. I heard the original plan was to debut him in the company with an on-air role and transition him back to the broadcast booth. Due to issues with his body, Taz is unable to wrestle but the company wants to capitalize on his name in the business in attempt to draw in more fans. Based on the reaction at last night's pay-per-view, their first attempt failed as it did not garner any reaction.
What does it mean to say that a WWE or TNA event has been heavily papered?
Papering or papered in wrestling terms means to give away free tickets. When an event is papered, the company gives away tickets to fill the arena. Last night's edition of Raw was papered because WWE did not have enough time to legitimately sell out the venue with the Denver Debacle.
Do you ever see WWE hiring some great female indy workers such as Sara Del Rey, MsChif and Daizee Haze? Also what are your thoughts of the current state of the Divas division in the WWE?
I don't think the females you mentioned fit the WWE mold. WWE, for whatever reason, does not treat their women's division seriously. Many of the Divas working in the top of the card are not near as talented as some of the Divas that are being jobbed out or scrapped from television completely. I think WWE needs to overhaul their women's division and focus more on competitive wrestling. Gail Kim is one of the best if not the best female workers in the world yet the company has yet to showcase her talent.
