Movie Web is reporting that Marvel executives are meeting with Dave Batista this week about possibly playing the role Drax the Destroyer in their superhero ensemble Guardians of the Galaxy. According to their report, no formal offer has been extended to the former WWE superstar prior to the meeting.
Batista last appeared in The Man with the Iron Fists and stars in the upcoming sequel Riddick alongside Vin Diesel.
