Britani Knight’s Parents Say WWE Will Fast-Track Her To Television

Richard Gray January 13, 2012 NXT Wrestling 4 Comments

Evening News 24 out of Norwich has an article online featuring quotes from the parents of WWE developmental Diva Britani Knight (real name Saraya Jade-Bevis). In it, her parents, who also wrestle, believe Knight will be fast-tracked to television. Below is an excerpt:

Ms Bevis’ mother, Julia Hamer, who wrestles under the name Sweet Saraya, said: “I’m heart-broken she’s left home but happy she’s there. She’s a bit homesick but it looks like she’ll be picked to be on TV soon.

“It seems like Facebook is made for her, people across the world are talking about her. The whole world is buzzing for Britani Knight.

“My husband [wrestler Ricky Knight] has been in business 25 years and he’s never seen anything like it.

“She is the first 19-year-old girl from Europe to venture into FCW, and I think they’ll fast-track her.”

The knights are a hard working family in wrestling over here, and although I’ve never seen Britani wrestle I’m sure she’ll be a star

That fantastic. Britani is amazing, and I can’t wait to see her on TV.

We shall see. Maybe she can beat Beth Phoenix and take her title in her first match on Raw someday. Uh, wait a minute……
