Christian Out Of 12-Man Tag Team Match At Wrestlemania XXVIII

WWE is doing an injury angle with Christian, ruling him out for Team Johnny in the 12-man tag team match at Wrestlemania XXVIII. As the storyline goes, Christian suffered a re-aggravation of a neck injury at the hands of CM Punk on tonight’s Raw Supershow and will not be medically-cleared to compete.

If I had to speculate, it’s likely his ankle isn’t fully healed from the severe high ankle sprain he suffered in early November. If it’s something else, we’ll update as soon as the information is made available.

    I hope Christian gets a comeback feud against Punk, I hate how Punk buried him like that, makes Christian look weak, and the man simply deserves better than to be treated like that

      Christian isn't medically cleared to compete. They had to write him off for now in some fashion. Don't blame Punk.

      Punk was doing his job…Christian obviously wasn’t ready. CM Punk might be champion but he’s still but John Cena or Randy Orton.

    I think they realized they rushed his return and saw that christian wasnt fully recovered so they wrote him off tv. sucks to see christian off of wrestlemania and punk buried christian

    You Can Tell Christian Wasnt Fully Healed Cause If U Look At Him Jump Off The Turnbuckle After His Intro He Lands Akwardly To Support The Ankle

    Ugh, a Wrestlemania tag team match in which Santino and Otunga are the captains? The two least talented members of each team? (Ooops, forgot about Khali which is also forgivable). Remove the guy I actually wanted to see in the match and that's one less match I care about. Other than Taker/Kane, I have no interest in WM this year.

      I think this is the first time I heard someone NOT be in love with the WM card this year. Most people I talk to think it's easily the best they can remember.
