The Rock vs Cena match is only similar in the fact that its a “passing of the torch” kind of match. IMO the build to the Hogan / Andre match was a lot better than the build-up to the Rock / Cena match if I remember correctly. I wasn’t a fan of how this build-up was handled at all. The Rock can be a heck of a lot more than a guy who just drops a bunch of one liners, and makes a bunch of stupid comparisons. They also could’ve used this chance to tweak Cena’s character, but instead we get a “Rock Concert” and a “Cena Rap”. Which is more like spoken word instead of rap. Or am I the only person noticing that?
