UFC President Dana White was on Dave and Mahoney on 107.5 in Las Vegas and was asked about Brock Lesnar. Here’s a paraphrased excerpt of what he said:

“He’s [Brock Lesnar] done. He called me a couple days ago. He’s never coming back [to UFC]. He said his body is, you know, he can wrestle but he can’t fight.”

You can listen to the full interview at this link.

While Dana claims Brock was interested in returning that’s not the full story.  Click here for more.

Lesnar can't even wrestle, really, he can put on the occasional match, but a full time schedule would be far too much for his body to handle.

It was becoming increasingly obvious in his last few fights that Lesnar wasn't amongst the elite group of heavyweight's alongside Velasquez, Dos Santos, Overeem etc. MMA is not something you can walk away from then expect to pick it back up again and be as good as you were before, especially at the highest level, so his time away from the sport would have only increased that gap between Lesnar and the elite heavyweights.

Well of course, the first few fights Lesnar was involved in, ignoring his first loss, involved opponents who were heavyweights, but not in the same class as Lensar. He was too large, too strong for them to handle, so he was able to bully them into submission. When he started facing guys closer to his own size who actually knew how to fight, had a lot of fights under their belts and years of training, he didn't know what to do. Brock could have been a big name in MMA for years to come had he started a couple years sooner and spent a lot more time training.
