WWE will tape the Smackdown portion of this week’s WWE Superstars and this week’s WWE NXT tonight from the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition, this week’s Smackdown will be live.
The show is being touted as a holiday special hosted by Mick Foley. Also scheduled for the show is a steel cage match between Mark Henry and Daniel Bryan for the World Heavyweight Championship.
