DirecTV Drops The Ball With WWE No Way Out

To update on the DirecTV issues I mentioned earlier, I was unable to order WWE No Way Out through their system (online or phone). I was told by a customer support representative their system was down and while engineers were working to resolve the issue, I could try to order again in an “hour or two.”

I ended up ordering the Webcast on WWE.com that is now airing. In case you are wondering, I didn’t try and order from my receiver because I don’t put pay-per-views on my cable bill.

This is going to be a major issue for direct tv when the wwe comes looking for their ppv revenue.

Man, I used to have DirecTV and never had an issue, ever. I'm on Comcast now and thankfully the same, no problems

A guy on Facebook said the sports bar he was at couldn't order it either. That affects their business.

same problem here. This is the 2nd time I have had problems recently ordering pay per views

Im in a packed house sports bar in el paso tx 46 minutes in and still no ppv looks like its time to go home, thank fully there will be a refund of the money. I would really be upset if it was a royal rumble or wrestlemania.

Get Comcast people! I’ve only had problems one time and it was fixed immediately. They even gave me the HD version for free.

I have direct tv no problem with mine.

I ordered the ppv through the receiver with directv and had no issues.

I have Have had DirecTv for gaining onten years now and I’ve never had a problem with them especially with ordering pay per views. Was it world wide or just in the U.S. I live in GA but had to work during it.

I don't order and have not order PPV's in over 10 yrs so I can't say if DirectTV had issues last night as far as PPV goes. . I do have DirectTV and don't have any problems with other parts of their service and I'm happy with what I got from them.
