Divas Tag Match Officially Set For WrestleMania XXVIII

Following the angle shot on today’s edition of Extra, the official WWE website has officially announced that Kelly Kelly & Extra host Maria Menounos will face Beth Phoenix & Eve at WrestleMania XXVIII. Click here to view the announcement.

WrestleMania XXVIII will take place on April 1, 2012 from SunLife Stadium in Miami, Florida. Wrestling News World will have full coverage of the event.

Wat to go WWE! They leave off some really talented performers and in possibly the last match space available they put a divas match. Way to just slap all your talent in the face. The divas are good looking yes but should not be anywhere near wrestlemania.

On the plus side, it will give everyone a nice cool down time to check your personal stuff (such as email and social websites).

After all, no one is really going to invest any interest in another piece of crap match that takes time away from REAL TALENT.

And for the record.. I wasn't trying to offend Beth. I just feel as though she could have put on a great match with one of the divas in a singles match.

I know Kharma is going through a lot right now, but I'd have actually neglected the traditional "piss break" divas match if it was Kharma vs Beth, or even Kharma vs half the roster. Putting on Eve who isn't the least bit talented, Kelly Kelly who's improved but still by no means worth watching, and a "celebrity" that half the world doesn't even know and the other half doesn't want to see isn't how you draw peoples attention

  Eve is terrible at acting too, she breaths way too loud and too much between every word she says. It's almost painfully embarrassing to watch

Hey WM is like 4 hours long and there is no intermission so this match provides the people at the stadium to go use the bathroom and get more snacks and refreshments!

Beth has turned the women's championship into a massive BORE,at least when the far better wrestler Kelly Kelly was champ the fans seemed far more excited.

AAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Knew this was comin. Another "Bathroom Break Match", or as WWE puts it, "The Eve & Kelly Show" where at main PPV's they continue to bore us with their presence, along with a "celebrity" that thinks she can wrestle with the best (or good enough) of them. Best way to make this more exciting: In the middle or end of this match, Kharma comes out to the ring and steamrolls everyone in her path just to get the crowd roaring for her return. Why? Just 'cause…… and SHE CAN.
Hmmm….. Wonder if this is the reason they might be asking Lita to come back …. or so were hearin…..
