Backstage, Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von were talking, when Matt Striker came over to them with something to say. Burke stopped him from talking, saying he knew he could rely on Cor Von to win tonight, unlike him. Burke said Striker cost him his match at Judgment Day, because he was distracted from thinking about Striker's failure. Burke told Striker he had a match with one of the Major Brothers, and if he didn't win, he would have a problem. Cor Von emphasized "You don't want any problems" and Striker said he would get it done.

Rob Van Dam and CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von

The start:

Burke & Cor Von made their entrances after the commercial. There was an "RVD" chant at the start, and Van Dam began the match with Cor Von. Cor Von grabbed a headlock at the start, and hit a shoulderblock when RVD shoved him into the ropes. They locked up again, and RVD grabbed a headlock. Cor Von shoved him off and hit another shoulderblock. Big RVD chant. Van Dam did his pose, and the crowd said his name.

Mid-match notes:

Cor Von tried a kick, which Van Dam blocked, but hit some right hands. Cor Von ran into an RVD boot, and RVD teased a bodypress off the middle rope, but Cor Von dropped down and RVD nailed him with a split leg moonsault instead. Cor Von pushed Van Dam towards his corner and tagged Burke. RVD cradled him for a two count, then hit two arm drags. Burke ducked an enzugiri, but RVD made a blind tag to Punk. RVD blocked a Burke hiptoss attempt with a kick, and Punk nailed Burke with a springboard clothesline. Punk knocked Cor Von off the apron, then clotheslined Burke over the top rope and to the floor. Punk and RVD stood alone in the ring as they went to commercial again. Back from the break, Cor Von had Van Dam in a single leg crab. We saw that during the break, RVD gave Burke a monkey flip, but was shoved off the top rope to the floor by Cor Von. Cor Von dragged RVD to the corner, tagged Burke and stomped the leg. Burke dropped his weight on RVD's leg, then goaded Punk into the ring, allowing Cor Von to slam RVD's leg down on the ring apron. Burke tied up RVD's legs and hooked his arm, then lifted RVD by the leg and slammed his knee into the mat three times. Cor Von tagged back in and rammed RVD into the top turnbuckle.

Van Dam fought back with punches, but Cor Von kicked his leg out and then stomped it. Cor Von yanked RVD out of the corner by the leg and got a two count. Cor Von used a drop toe hold on both of RVD's legs and tagged in Burke. Burke applied a spinning toe hold, but RVD rolled him into a small package near the ropes. RVD crawled towards his corner, but Burke jumped on him and rubbed his face in the mat. Burke put RVD in a corner and wrapped his leg around the middle rope. Burke boosted himself up on the ropes and dropped all his weight on RVD's leg, then got a pair of two counts. Another RVD chant. Cor Von tagged in and pounded Van Dam with right hands. Cor Von applied a single leg crab again, then went into a leglace. Cor Von hit a pair of kneedrops on the leg, then yanked it and tagged in Burke. RVD hit Burke with an enzugiri and made the hot tag to Punk. Punk hit Burke with right hands, then a series of knee lifts. Punk hit the running knee in the corner and followed with the bulldog. Cor Von ran in and broke up the cover.

The Finish:

RVD came in and knocked Cor Von to the floor. RVD went for a pescado, but Cor Von moved and RVD crashed on the floor. In the ring, Punk lifted Burke for the Go To Sleep, but Cor Von got in and shoulder blocked Punk in the taped up ribs. Cor Von then whipped Punk into the ropes, defying the referee's order to leave the ring, and hit the Pounce. The referee disqualified Cor Von & Burke at the thirteen minute mark.

Winners by disqualification, Rob Van Dam and CM Punk

The Aftermath:

RVD got back in the ring and went after Cor Von, but Burke clipped his knee from behind. Cor Von then gave Van Dam the Pounce. The show ended with Burke and Cor Von celebrating and standing over the downed bodies of Punk and RVD.
