WWE taped this week’s WWE Smackdown from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Thanks to Wrestling News World readers Jake Chavez and Mike Sanchez for providing us with text-message updates. Below are full results:

WWE Smackdown (Airing tonight on SyFy):

* The show starts with a promo for “ZackDown,” complete with an edited titantron, as Zack Ryder is the acting general manager for this week’s show. Ryder addresses the crowd, but he is interrupted by Alberto Del Rio. Ryder then announces Del Rio’s opponent for the night: Sin Cara.

* Alberto Del Rio b. Sin Cara by submission with the cross armbreaker.

* Primo b. Darren Young with a small package. Epico, Rosa Mendes, Titus O’Neil, & AW were all ringside.

* Zack Ryder, Sheamus, & Chris Jericho talk backstage. Ryder makes Sheamus vs. Jericho for later tonight.

* Dolph Ziggler & Cody Rhodes b. Christian & Santino Marella

* The Big Show b. The Great Khali with the WMD.

* Ryback b. Tyler Reks w/ Curt Hawkins

* Damien Sandow b. Justin Gabriel

* Sheamus b. Chris Jericho. After the match, Alberto Del Rio attacks Sheamus on the stage. He applies the cross armbreaker as the show ends.

I HATE THIS EPISODE OF SMACKDOWN! NOT ONLY DID DREW MCINTYRE NOT GET TO BE THERE, BUT THIS IS A FALLOUT FROM THE CANCELLED SHOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO!
