Goldust Says Cody Rhodes Doesn’t See The Big Picture Sometimes

On his brother Cody Rhodes:

“Cody has seen the trials and tribulations within our family, with me especially, and how good can go to bad because of my own mistakes,” Rhodes said. “Cody has just got the greatest head on his shoulders. I’m so proud of him. He’s a clean-cut kid. He doesn’t do drugs. He doesn’t drink. He trains hard. He’s intelligent. He can talk.”

“He doesn’t see the big picture sometimes. But he’s growing,” said Dustin, who expressed some frustration with WWE’s inconsistent push of Cody since he joined the company six years ago. “Sometimes they get a little hot and cold with Cody. I just wish they would make up their minds.”

“He’s the only one left in the business that I would like to have a singles match with at WrestleMania. Period. Nowhere else,” Dustin said. “I just want to work with my brother.”

Understanding WWE being in no rush to bring him back:

“I made my bed and I’ve got to lay in it,” Dustin said. “It took me a long time to get my life screwed up, and it’s going to take a long time to get it back.”
