Hulk Hogan Wants Knee Surgery Then A TNA Title Run

The Guardian out of the United Kingdom has a new piece online where they ask celebrities what’s on their Christmas wish lists. Hulk Hogan is featured and while we can only assume he’s joking, here’s one of his wishes:

3 Knee surgery I’ve had eight back surgeries, I’ve had knee replacements, I’ve had both hip replacements. I only need one more surgery – to fix my right knee – then I’m going to go for the TNA world title. I want to be 59 years old and be the champion.

Above knee surgery are a 747 jet and thirty years of his life. Following knee surgery at number four on his list is hair.

Well…so much for tna’s going on the right direction. So let me get this straight, Hogan and Bishoff conspires so AJ Styles, the face of TNA, cannot challenge for the title for a whole year and Hogans old butt can???? If that happens I’m not gonna be a part of it, I’ll stop watching the show!

If TNA was crative enough to make Hogan champ without having him beat one of their top guys then I have no issue with it. Especially if he was to retire from the ring right away. He deserves to officially retire from the ring on top. All these people who dog him out all the time are no doubt too young to have any idea just how big of a star the guy was and just how important he has been to the business that they are supposedly such big fans of. He's been nothing but good for the wrestling business and people need to start treating him like the legend that he is. He's the Michael Jordan of wrestling. That's about the closest comparison I can come up with because the effects that both have had on their respective sports are very similar.

  I fully appreciate the legend and icon he was but there’s a reason Michael Jordan has retired, he is passed his prime and so he called it a day.
  
  That’s what hogan is, past it, except hogan is too egotistical to pass to let his career go, so he just keeps getting back in the ring and still wanting to be the main event even though his in ring work now is nothing more than punches and a leg drop.
