Impact Wrestling Results – 9/26/2013
From Little Rock, Arkansas
Report by: Alex Barie of WrestlingNewsWorld.com

Impact Wrestling starts out with a video package looking at the Magnus and Bobby Roode rivalry. It became EGO vs. Main Event Mafia. EGO wins after Magnus took a baseball bat shot to save Sting. It switches to the Aces & 8s story where the club is falling apart. Bully Ray is leading the pack and is leading it without anyone else behind him. It switches to AJ Styles and his promo he cut last week. He calls out Dixie Carter. He will make her pay. Dixie Carter gave her response and cut AJ Styles off and ended the show.

Dixie Carter is walking backstage. Sting meets up with her. He welcomes her. She pulls out her phone. He says she has her phone so she must have gotten his texts. He asks her why she did what she did last week. Dixie says not to worry as Dixie knows what she is doing. She walks away and Sting looks on.

The camera shows the arena and the audience is going crazy. They are on their feet cheering like no other. Music hits and here comes Bully Ray and Brooke Tessmacher. They wrap each other up on the ramp and then continue down to the ring. Ray hands her the title and grabs a mic. He wants his music off right now. He states that he is not often lost for words, but Dixie Carter shocked the hell out of him. Did you hear the way she put AJ Styles in his place? He says it was awesome and great. Ever since AJ won the Series, Ray was staying up at night thinking of ways to beat Styles. He doesn’t have to worry about how to beat him anymore. Dixie is inside AJ’s head. AJ should just kiss the ground Carter walks on. Ray states he doesn’t always agree with her, but she was the one who made AJ who he is today. Without her, AJ wouldn’t be there preforming for the morons. Wait… he forgot something. “Do you know who I am?” Just then, music hits and here comes Knux. He uses the Aces & 8s music. He has a mic and says he knows who Ray is. Knux gets in the ring with Wes Brisco and Garett Bischoff behind him. Knux states Ray is focused on Bully business. He is focused on the title rather than the group and who is in it. He is too worried about his hoe than his bros.

Ray gets on the mic and tells Knux something one time and one time only… do not call her a hoe! The crowd starts chanting it louder and louder. Ray gets furious. Knux loves it. Ray covers Tessmacher’s ears. He tells them to not call her it, but they continue. Knux tells Ray to not worry about that too much because they fight Main Event Mafia to take care of club business. Them three… not Ray. Bully Ray tells them to get in line and to knock the smirks off their faces. Garett keeps it on. Ray states he makes the decisions. He is President and they are all little side kicks. They saw what he did to D-Lo and what he did to Mr. Anderson. He did the same to Devon, his brother. He could do the same thing to them. Fall in line. If they lose tonight, then “Lights Out” for one of them tonight. One of them, if they lose, will be out of the club. Ray exits the ring with Tessmacher as music plays. Wes, Garett, and Knux look on.

Taz and Mike Tenay are shown on the camera. They discuss the line-up for tonight. As they do, video plays showing ODB beating Mickie James last week for the Knockout Title.

Joseph Park is backstage. He puts shaving cream on his face as he sings, “Sweet Caroline.” Eric Young and ODB come into the scene and asks what is he doing. He could cut himself with the razor. Park says those razors are so dull. Park says he is worried about him. EY tells him to not to shave before the match anymore. Park still has to get ready so he hurries up. EY grabs the razor but ODB tells him to not even think about it. She loves some beard!

Robbie E and Jessie Godderz come out on the stage as their music plays. Gail Kim comes out after. They walk down the ramp and get in the ring.

Joseph Park, Eric Young, and ODB come out on the stage. As they walk to the ring, video plays showing their segment they were in last week. It ended with Park being cut open and taking down Jessie and Robbie.

Robbie E, Jessie Godderz, and Gail Kim vs. Joseph Park, Eric Young, and ODB

Gail Kim starts the match against ODB. They meet each other in the middle of the ring, exchange a few words and gail tags Robbie. Robbie talks to her and then ODB turns and tags Park. He gets in and Robbie pushes Park back into the corner. Park pushes Robbie down. He gets up and goes after Park, but he whips Robbie in the ropes. He lifts him up and drops him down on his face and chest. Robbie gets up and tries for a body slam, but Park lifts Robbie up and hits the slam. He covers but Robbie kicks out. Park gets up and goes into his opponent’s corner. Gail and Jessie hold Park as Robbie runs and smashes into him. Robbie tags Jessie. They double whip him into the corner chest first. He falls to his knees after. Jessie chokes him on the middle rope and then hits a dropkick as Park gets to his feet. Jessie goes for a whip, but Park reverses it. He goes for a back body drop, but Jessie holds on and tries for a sunset flip. Park stops and jump up and goes to sit down on Jessie but he moves. Jessie tags Robbie. Robbie goes right to Park with a low dropkick and then a cover. Park kicks out.

Robbie chokes Park and then punches him several times. Robbie gets up and waits. He then slaps Park’s head. Park gets up to his feet and then lifts Robbie up and hits a samoan drop. Park reaches over, but Robbie grabs his leg. Park tags EY, but the referee was looking at Jessie as he comes in the ring. No tag. Robbie tags Gail Kim. She enters and goes after Park with a couple kicks. Park tries to tell her to stop. She slaps him and he starts hulking up. Robbie E comes in and hits Park from behind. Gail tags Jessie and he enters and he and Robbie go after Park, but Park closelines them down. Park tags EY. He climbs the corner and does a cross body on both Robbie and Jessie. EY continues. Gail Kim enters and goes after him, but ODB gets in and tosses Gail out on the ramp. Robbie starts doing some fist pumping as ODB stares at him. She grabs his head and bits it. Park runs and closelines him out of the ring. They have Jessie down. Park climbs the corner and jumps for a splash. EY is on another corner and does an elbow drop. ODB does a splash and pins Jessie. Winners: ODB, Eric Young, and Joseph Park

Austin Aries’ music plays and he comes down the ramp and gets right in the ring. Aries says he loves the welcome as that is what he likes to hear. He then goes on to say that people ask him what is next as the BFG Series is over. Last year, he faced Jeff Hardy in the main event. It doesn’t matter where he is at on the card as he is main eventing anywhere he goes. He is greatness. Music hits and here comes Kenny King. King comes on the stage with a mic. He says that is music to his ears as when those trumpet plays from his theme song, he knows he can say whatever he wants. Kenny says he has something to say that has been bothering him. Aries tells him to say it right now. King goes on to talk about how Aries makes headlines, but King was making headlines last year. King was taking down the competition to win the X-Division Title, King keeping the competition down to keep his title, but then he had it stolen from Chris Frail Sabin. It was, however, stolen from a person in a mask… and that as Aries. King is now in the ring and goes to Aries’ face. King says he is the future and Aries has to look out for him. Aries says he never signed up to this newspaper with all of these headlines in it. Aries says he has his wrestling gear on, so if King wants to fight, fight! Aries takes his shirt off. King says the same thing Hillary Clinton says before she goes into bed with her husband… Home boy, you don’t want any of this. King, suddenly, punches Aries in the face. He falls. King continues to attack, but Aries gets up and kicks King. He leaves the ring. Aries grabs a mic and wants a referee out here. No one gets away from punching him. A referee does come and Aries climbs the corner and jumps and lands on King on the ramp. He continues the fight as both stand.

King goes to the outside and brings Aries back in. He goes after Aries with kicks and punches. Aries goes to the corner. King whips him into the opposing corner and then does a huge splash. Blood is gushing out of his face. King jumps up and goes for a leg drop, but Aries moves out of the way. Both get up and Aries slaps him in the chest multiple times. He whips him into the opposing corner and then does an atomic drop. He whips King in the ropes, but King holds on. Aries runs and King does a back body drop. Austin Aries is walking backstage with a towel on his head. Chris Sabin and Velvet Sky meet up with him and tell him congratulations on his win tonight. He then states that it is great he is in the X-Division again. It was cool to see him fight for the World Title after cashing in the X-Division Title, but Sabin did it and it was better and more memorable! Sabin says he is greater than the greatest man that has ever lived. He will make history by becoming the 7 time X-Division Champion. Chris and Sky leave. Aries says he is going to test his “greater than the greatest man that has ever lived”.

Magnus, Samoa Joe, and Sting are backstage. Magnus throws his gear on the floor. They ask him what is wrong. He says EGO. They made him lose the BFG Series. They are getting into his brain. Joe tells him to let it go. That is what they want to do. Magnus goes to leave and find them, but Sting tells him that the MEM was made to get rid of Aces & 8s. They are close to pushing them over the edge. They need to focus on that. Magnus agrees.

Hulk Hogan is walking backstage.

A video plays showcasing the ending of last week’s Impact Wrestling. It show AJ busting his butt in the company for 11 years. He has done it all. He wants to make Dixie Carter pay now. Dixie Carter comes out and plays the sympathy role. She turns and rips AJ a new one. He is an illusion. He is nothing without Dixie and her family. Dixie Carter built TNA. She built AJ’s house and owns it. AJ starts to talk back, but Dixie had enough and is done. She ends the show.

Music plays and here comes Hulk Hogan! The crowd stands and they cheer. Hulk taunts to the fans as they are on their feet. He gets in the ring. He grabs a mic and the crowd continues. They aren’t stopping as he looks around. Hulk Hogan gets on the mic and says he knows the time when it is so fine to be in Little Rock. To hear the roar, he knows he is powerful. He needs the power for something that is extremely deep. He has been in TNA for 4 years and he has formed an opinion on Dixie since day one. He has been GM for about two years. He has seen the backstage politics explode, but no one should ever air dirty laundry. He asks the crowd if they think AJ Styles should stay in this company. They cheer. He restates the question and they cheer even more. Hogan thought of the same response. He knows AJ is in the back and wants him to hear the love. The crowd chants, “AJ, AJ, AJ, AJ!” Let’s cut the crap now. He is going to take AJ and Dixie Carter and fix it. He is going to bring AJ out here later tonight and fix it for him, for himself, and for everyone. Hogan exits the ring and the music plays. He goes to the back.

Mike Tenay and Taz are shown and they do some talking about Hulk, AJ, and then Aces & 8s and Main Event Mafia. They turn to Bound for Glory. A video plays and it is about the return of Kurt Angle! He is coming back at Bound for Glory!

A video plays showing the hype video of Kurt Angle’s return! He will be returning at Bound for Glory!

Bobby Roode, Daniels, and Kazarian are backstage. They can’t believe Kurt Angle is going into the HOF. Roode knows three people who should go into the HOF. They have done more in the past three months than Kurt did in his entire career in the company. He has done nothing in the MEM. Daniels goes all out and insults Sting, Joe, and Magnus. Ray gets in the ring. Wes slowly gets up and turns. He sees Ray. Bully grabs a mic. Ray asks Wes what did he told him. He said if anyone of them lost, it would be “Lights Out”! He tapped out. He lost. He is a disgrace to the colors. Hand over your vest right now! Wes shakes his head “No”. Ray wants him to hand it over now. Wes looks on and says “No”. Ray asks if he is really sayiing “No”! The crowd chants, “No, No, No!” After all Ray has done for him, he is saying no? He points to Knux and Garett and says to get the vest off of him right now. He doesn’t pay them to think… do as I say! Hulk Hogan is in the ring already. He has a clipboard in hand. He has a mic. He says there is a lot of bad blood between AJ and Dixie. He wants to call out the man for Team TNA as he fights against Bully Ray at Bound for Glory. Music hits and here comes AJ Styles. He comes down with his leather jacket and hood. He takes the hood off as the music changes. He has a baseball cap on under it. He gets in the ring and meets with Hulk. Hulk ands AJ the mic and Hulk grabs another one. Hulk says he has been around the block a few times and the place was so crazy that he couldn’t spit out how great it was for AJ to win the BFG Series. He knows AJ is going to win the title at the PPV. He can’t have a champion without a contract though. Here is the contract. Hulk already signed it. He hands it to AJ. AJ goes to sign it, but he goes to talk. Before he can say anything, Hulk tells AJ that they love him and want him to get the title. AJ looks at the contract and signs it. He says, “I’m yours.” Just then, Dixie carter walks out and apologizes for the interruption. Dixie gets in the ring.

She doesn’t want to be rude, but she wants to remind Hulk the reason why she brought Hulk into TNA. She brought him for the opportunities to make things great. He taught her so much and he opened a lot of opportunities. However, he is just an employee. She will improve Hulk though as an employee. She turns to AJ and says he has to get down on his knees and beg. The reality is staring him in the face. Dixie says he is just another marginal figure. She grabs the contract from the clipboard and rips it up. Hulk has no idea what is going on. Dixie turns and yells at AJ to get out of the ring. AJ goes to talk back, but Dixie overrides him. He tosses the mic at her feet and leaves the ring. Dixie says she probably knows Hulk is mad, just like everyone, but no one has lived like Dixie. They don’t understand the decisions she make. The 99% who attacked her for the last 4 or 5 months need her. The 1% are the creators. Hulk is holding his head. Dixie understands what Hulk is doing, but he should have ran what he was going to do with her before he came out. She goes on to state that they know what it takes to take the company to another level. Does he want to be part of it? Dixie asks Hulk whether he is going to be on Team Dixie or sit on the sidelines with AJ. He will give Hulk a week to decide, and she knows he will do the right thing. Dixie leaves the ring and walks backstage. Hulk Hogan looks on. He is stunned. He doesn’t know what to do. He looks around as the crowd chants, “Hogan, Hogan.” Hulk is dumbfounded. The show fades.

Alex’s Assumptions:

I was actually looking forward to this week’s episode for a number of reasons. One because of the fallout from Dixie and AJ Styles and what Hulk Hogan would say and Manik vs. Chris Sabin. Before I go onto those, I want to discuss a couple things. First off, it’s always promising seeing Bully Ray start a show. He can get anyone pumped and fired up. It doesn’t matter if it was the opening segment or the segment after the 6 man tag team match, the Aces & 8s story is delivering better than ever. I loved how the Aces started and how each star came into the company. They had a long ride, but now I am loving seeing how they end. I always wondered how they would, but it makes sense… slowly get rid of the people involved. Instead of kicking out 5 or 6 members (which they can vey well come back), just get rid of them one by one. The X-Division is picking up again. I don’t know where they are going with it though… are they going to have Jeff Hardy involved or Austin Aries or Kenny King? Where will Chris Sabin fall? Just lots going on, but I like it. We are seeing the turn to EGO vs. MEM and I am actually looking forward to this feud. Speaking of EGO, their segment backstage was brilliant! The Joseph Park story is going long and slow and now I actually just want it to end. If they aren’t going to progress, why even have it? Hulk Hogan was featured twice tonight and he got the loudest pops of the night. That is good and bad. The ending segment between him, AJ, and Dixie is getting mixed reactions again. I honestly have to look at it again (as well as Gail Kim’s match as I was told she got some major surgery and it completely changed her). While watching the segment, I am not sure how to take Dixie. I don’t know her personally, but I talked to her enough times to form an opinion. It’s almost hard to take her seriously. Her giving Hulk a side to pick is actually interesting. It’s making me wonder if this will play out for a soon-to-come departure. Like my Facebook page for my full wrestling thoughts.

I’m fine with it. Hogan did get TNA’s highest rating just by cutting a promo.

  • Jesse Sherwood

No 5 Point Preview from me tonight, because I am late this week, but hopefully Impact does better this week, or I might have to feed Kendra some of the drudgenous waste from my kidneys in her Blog Zone this week!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

You know that you’re always welcome to go off on Impact any time you’d like.

  • The Breaker

This week is going to be a rebound from all that mess. I just know it!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      Fingers crossed!

    • Jesse Sherwood

Anything should be an improvement over that hot mess.

    • Justin Mayo

Let’s hope for Chavo sober, Hernandez quiet, and at least one 4 star match. Then I’ll be happy.

      • Jesse Sherwood

Heck, I’d be happy with just the first one!

  • Jesse Sherwood

So last week we had a movie staring The Rock, this week we have one with Stone Cold in it? Really disrespectful by Viacom!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

They almost always do this crap. Used to be they showed these movies after Impact, now it’s before.

      • Jesse Sherwood

At least afterwards, they were trying to use the wrestling as a lead in to the movie, now it is the opposite.

        • http://miscellaneousmumble.blogspot.com/ Alex Barie

It actually makes more sense to air it before Impact, not after.

          • Jesse Sherwood

I’m not saying it doesn’t make sense, as it clearly does, but it also shows that Viacom doesn’t respect TNA for it’s own merits. Heck, instead of these ones, why not show Behind Enemy Lines 2, with Ken Anderson? Or some of the straight to DVD movies Angle was in? At least make it to where the lead in directly tied into TNA.

          • David Jr.

Behind Enemy Lines 2? Isn’t that a WWE Studios movie, so before Impact starts you’ll see the WWE symbol.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Well, you did last week with The Rundown!

          • David Jr.

They should lead in with Ready to Rumble, isn’t Sting in that?

          • Jesse Sherwood

Yes he is! And considering it is about the later days of WCW, it fits!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            They Live!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            I know it’s not a WWE made movie, but…

          • David Jr.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass… and I’m all out of bubblegum.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I need to watch that again. I think I need to watch it with Sam!

          • Justin Mayo

The way I see it, you’ve got two choices- either you put on those sunglasses, or I’ll make you eat that trash can!

          • Jesse Sherwood

I actually won a dozen donuts recognizing that line about 3 weeks ago!

          • David Jr.

Greatest movie line ever said by a professional wrestler.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

You think Sam can handle the movie, right?

          • David Jr.

If Ready to Rumble never existed, maybe TNA never exists. I know I’m pulling at straws. But David Arquette never becomes WCW Champion, maybe WCW survives?
Also is Ken Anderson still with TNA? He’s not longer on their roster page.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Nope, Anderson and Mickie James are both gone.

          • David Jr.

I went to look at the Impact roster and it looked like a lot of people were missing.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Well, they have released 25+ people in the last year and 3 months.

          • Alex Gallardo

The only way WCW would have survived is if Time Warner didn’t merge with AOL. Nobody was to plan, but them.

    • Justin Mayo

At least they were good movies!

    • The Breaker

Can’t be a coincidence. They want to draw in WWE fans and hope they stay tuned.

  • Justin Mayo

And for our comedic moment… “I don’t smoke weed, I smoke clowns like you on the b-ball court!” “Um…you suck at b-ball…and you DO smoke weed!”

    • The Breaker

      *canned laughter*

    • Jesse Sherwood

      BOOOO!

    • Justin Mayo

      Tough crowd, tough crowd…

  • Jesse Sherwood

And we re-air the weakest point of TNA last week to open the show…

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I thought she was much stronger in that segment! Give her a chance.

      • Jesse Sherwood

        I missed a segment I guess.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

She didn’t say much, but the way she smirked and moved was so much better than before. I’m trying to be optimistic here!

        • The Breaker

She was talking about the one with Sting that followed the recap video.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            He’s being a twit!

          • Jesse Sherwood

Nope, I missed it. Joys of Parenting!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Oh, I really thought you were being a butt!

  • The Breaker

Let’s hope Dixie had time for acting lessons!

    • Jesse Sherwood

She has to have a personality to be able to act!

      • The Breaker

I’m trying to be optimistic but you’re killing my hopes!

        • Jesse Sherwood

Didn’t you read my tag line? “Killer of hopes and dreams, destroyer of worlds, future Overlord of the Nether Realm.”

          • The Breaker

If you ever got into the business, you need to shorten that up. The ring announcer would hate you.

          • Jesse Sherwood

My tag line then was “Mr. Money Himself” But that was nearly a decade ago!

          • The Breaker

Oh, really? What kind of gimmick? A rich investor?

          • Jesse Sherwood

Basically a Flair-esqe gimmick with the money to throw around like Ted Dibiase and the verbosity of Damien Sandow. My patner/minion was my poorer, less classy brother that was raised by his father and had nothing. Maxx and Alex Stylez, I was Maxx.

          • The Breaker

Sounds awesome! WWE could use you to get ADR over!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

But NOTHING will get ADR over!

          • Jesse Sherwood

Sorry, nothing could get ADR over! You have to believe in your character first!

          • The Breaker

True. Even if you did all the talking for him, his ring work still puts everyone to sleep.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Or in the doctor’s office! Sorry, wait, that’s Swags – the other one who can’t get over to save his bum!

          • The Breaker

            Ryback too!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

He’s such a nonentity that I forgot about him.

          • The Breaker

I wish he would just disappear!

          • Jesse Sherwood

As does every fan that doesn’t have the initials VKM.

  • Alex Gallardo

Looks like the average TNA crowd, but for an arena as big as the Verizon center it isn’t much.

    • Jesse Sherwood

Little Rock is a tough crowd for wrestling. The last time an event sold out the Verizon Arena was when Smackdown had The Rock on it. And before that, it had been over 5 years!

      • Alex Gallardo

Still, TNA should have stayed away from an arena that big when the place can’t even draw well for Smackdown.

        • Jesse Sherwood

Totally agree, and kind of bummed that I can’t be there! It is only 2 1/2 hours away.

          • Alex Gallardo

Why can’t you be there? You could have probably gotten free tickets.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Time. I have 2 kids and my wife works Thursdays.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            Zipping my lips!

  • Justin Mayo

Definitely sounds like a quiet crowd. Makes you wonder how many got free tickets to fill seats?

    • Alex Gallardo

They did this at the Verizion center, there had to be papering.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

They are quiet. Makes me wonder.

    • Jesse Sherwood

The Verizon Center is a really spacious arena. Concerts there have to have massive sound systems to get the sound across. It’s a really poor acoustic arena.

  • David Jr.

What Knux says makes no sense, since wasn’t the whole point of Aces and Eights was to get Bully Ray the title?

    • Jesse Sherwood

No, the point was to take over TNA. Bully Ray was a side goal that has overtaken the main thanks to Ray’s ego.

  • The Breaker

Bully, if you want people to stop calling her a ho, take that leash off from around her neck!

  • The Breaker

Little Bischoff looks barely past puberty. Why they put him in Aces & Eights, I’ll never know.

    • Jesse Sherwood

      Because he is Baby Bisch!

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

It’s the only reason, and he does look like a true baby face!

  • The Breaker

    Joe Park can’t shave. Hilarious.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Even though he was already mostly clean shaven!

      • The Breaker

Yeah it would’ve been better if he grew it out a little. I also found it funny that ODB walked right into the men’s bathroom without a care.

        • Jesse Sherwood

          Well, it is ODB…

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            Exactly!

          • The Breaker

            Yep! It was classic.

  • Jesse Sherwood

I like EY’s new music! A good old, no frills rockin’ theme!

  • Justin Mayo

EY, ODB, and Joe Parks- “And we’re the three best friends that anyone can have!”

    • The Breaker

They could be the new Wolf Pack!

  • The Breaker

They should just let ODB rough up Jessie or Robbie. It would be a Knockout vs the Divas!

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Did Gail Kim have some work done?

    • Jesse Sherwood

It sure looks like it! ;)

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

So it’s not just me? He face looks really odd!

        • Jesse Sherwood

It looks like a nose job. It wouldn’t surprise me though, as that is becoming a more common thing to help fix a deviated septum to help with sleep apnea and other issues.

        • art123guy

I thought she either had work done or it was an imposter. Sadly, if what is being said, she had work done.

There seemed to be odd camera angles of her during the match. Nothing was head on, even her ring entrance where she poses against the ropes (she was facing the ramp and entrance instead of the camera).

My guess is that her face was still puffy from the surgery.

    • http://miscellaneousmumble.blogspot.com/ Alex Barie

I just got a text. She had surgery from what I was told.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Like screw with her pretty face surgery?

  • Jesse Sherwood

EY with a Death Valley Driver!

  • Justin Mayo

So…King’s back and he already annoys me, and not in a good way

    • Jesse Sherwood

Me either, and his mic work is really rough.

      • The Breaker

He’s never impressed me with that.

      • Justin Mayo

He reminds me of a black Miz…he wants to seem so cocky and arrogant, but he just sounds pathetic.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

He’s not half as good as Miz!

        • Jesse Sherwood

Heck, Miz puts King to shame!

  • Jesse Sherwood

Wait, Kenny King is interrupting AA? Who does he think he is, a main eventer?

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That kid needs to go away!

  • Jesse Sherwood

Well, at least King’s interruption makes some sense…

  • The Breaker

Am I the only one that forgot King is even on the roster?

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No, but I think it was wishful thinking that he was gone the way of the dodo!

  • Jesse Sherwood

AA is taking his clothes off? Kendra just started drooling!

    • Alex Gallardo

I don’t normally think about wrestlers like that, but Aries is hot.

      • Jesse Sherwood

I’m comfortable enough to say that Aries is a sexy beast!

        • Alex Gallardo

And I can say the same about Velvet Sky.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Really? I find her floatation devices distracting, and not in a good way.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Wait, are you a lady Alex? Legitimate question, not a rib.

          • Alex Gallardo

Nope. I’m a gay male. And I don’t consider being mistaken for a different gender an insult.

          • Jesse Sherwood

            Groovy!

          • Alex Gallardo

Yeah, I just try not to make it a big deal.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Jesse, you weren’t on SD, we already went through all this. Finally, you’re the one out of the loop!

          • Jesse Sherwood

Hey, it’s a change of pace.

          • Jesse Sherwood

As well as it shouldn’t be. You are who you are, and that’s perfectly fine!

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

These guys know I usually go for the cuddlier wrestlers – Foley, James Storm, and Nash is kind of cuddly these days – but I will admit that Aries has something that is enthralling. Not my normal type, but he’s sexy.

        • The Breaker

But not Big Show? He’s the cuddliest of them all!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Actually, Show has that cuddly thing, but if everything proportional, then Show scares me.

          • The Breaker

If you mean what I think you mean, then ew. I didn’t want to think about that!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Did you know that Show might have been born in Atlanta, but he spent much of his childhood living in Maine?

          • The Breaker

I did not. Have you spoken to him?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Nope, he did a local news interview that I still have locked on my DVR a couple years later because he was so cool. He said he’d love to retire up here.

          • The Breaker

Very cool. Hope he has a peaceful retirement, even with you knocking on his front door all the time. :P

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Only once a week or so. You know, when I can’t reach something at the top of my closet!

          • Alex Gallardo

            Scott Steiner- HE’S FAT!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Scotty always tweaked me out. I never found him at all hot, even in his prime.

          • Alex Gallardo

I love his big build. Even today he looks like he’s never left the gym.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Something about his sinewy look that makes me twitch, and not in that fun way.

          • Alex Gallardo

Well I guess that’s you, but I would have loved to be one of the people back on Nitro who got to touch Scott’s amazing body. I don’t think he would like a gay guy doing that though.

          • Justin Mayo

Depends- would you buy him dinner and booze first? lol

          • Alex Gallardo

            Anything to get his body.

          • Justin Mayo

well maybe if you got him REEEEEALY drunk, he might A, think you’re a girl, and if he has double vision, then B, think you’re twins!

          • Alex Gallardo

I wouldn’t care. Hell, maybe I can convince him to be gay for a day.

          • Justin Mayo

Only a day? What, you think they call him Big Poppa Pump for nothin? lol

          • Alex Gallardo

Well I don’t think I can get him to turn all the way.

          • Justin Mayo

You never know, you might get lucky bro. Then again, if I were gay, i wouldn’t exactly go crazy over steiner

          • Alex Gallardo

I’m just attracted to bigger, masculine guys. But if I had the ability to get Scott to go all the way I would jump on it right away (no sexual innuendo intended)

          • Justin Mayo

suuure, suuure :-P don’t worry, your dirty mind is our little secret. it’s not like we’re chatting on the internet or whatever for everything to see >_>

          • Alex Gallardo

Yeah, I’m probably making ever straight guy throw up and destroy childhood memories of marking out for Steiner when he was little.

          • Justin Mayo

not me…well..then again, i DO have kind of a strong stomach…but let’s just go with “not me” so you feel better haha

          • Alex Gallardo

That’s why I try and keep these types of discussions a little more private from straight people LOL.

          • Justin Mayo

Aww did I ruin your evil scheme? Would you have gotten away with it, if it weren’t for those meddling kids? :-P

          • Alex Gallardo

No. These comments are pretty far down so I don’t think a lot of people are reading them except us.

          • Jesse Sherwood

            :) And me… I’m always watching…

          • Alex Gallardo

Uh oh. Sorry if I disturbed you LOL.

          • Jesse Sherwood

            I am Disturbed!!! OOOWAHAHAHAH!

          • Jesse Sherwood

In seriousness, you are perfectly fine. I have walked both sides of the fence myself and still find some qualities of men attractive, just not in a sexual way.

          • Alex Gallardo

Well I just have never liked girls more than a friend. It’s how effeminate they are that turns me off.

          • Justin Mayo

Oh, sorry Jesse, didn’t mean to forget about you..”And their stupid dog, too!”

          • Jesse Sherwood

He’s that guy I see hitting 65-70 and having the beer gut but is still ripped everywhere else, like the Russian Olympians in the 70′s!

        • Alex Gallardo

Well I won’t go too much into this, but I’ll say this. I like guy who are as big as Aries or a little larger. I do think Nash is still sexy though.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Nash has always been on the top of my list, but after meeting him, and as sweet as he was, I’m all there. I’m glad I didn’t meet him back in the day before he stopped being a tool.

          • Alex Gallardo

I’ve always liked Nash, he may have been a politic in wrestling, but that was how cut throat things were in WCW.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

But when I met him in the spring, he was an absolute doll.

    • Justin Mayo

Get a matress ready if Magnus does the same, she may fall into a coma

  • The Breaker

I can’t take him seriously. His mic work is just awful, especially when he’s out there with Aries to keep up with.

  • David Jr.

Austin Aries 35 is 10 years ago.
Kenny King 32 is the future.
Yeah 3 years is such a big difference.

    • Jesse Sherwood

And what has King accomplished? He is a one time X Division champion, two time Tag Champion in other companies, and a one time Heavyweight champion in an Indy. AA, whose career is nearly equal length to King’s, and he is a multiple time Heavyweight champion in multiple promotions and is TNA’s 5th Triple Crown Champion.

      • David Jr.

But Kenny King did just miss winning the second season of Tough Enough to Boobs. Austin Aries tried out for Austin’s Tough Enough and didn’t even make it.

        • Jesse Sherwood

Very true, but we also know WWE doesn’t really look at wrestling talent.

          • David Jr.

Yeah since Kenny King lost season 2 of tough enough to Jackie Gayda, not because Jackie Gayda was better, but she had big boobs.

          • Justin Mayo

Sorry, could you repeat that? I wasn’t paying attention, I was remembering the boobs

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Hey! I was very impressed by how pretty Jackie was when I saw her live. She did have quite the rack, but also a very pretty girl!

          • Jesse Sherwood

You know, the only reason I even remember her is because she is Charlie Haas’ wife.

          • David Jr.

She also wrestled in maybe one of the worst matches in wrestling history. Christopher Nowinski & Jackie Gayda vs. Bradshaw & Trish Stratus.

          • Jesse Sherwood

UGH!!! I had blocked that out of my mind!!!

          • Justin Mayo

Pretty sure Sting/Hardy tops that list?

          • David Jr.

Like you could tell Sting was disgusted with Jeff Hardy. You could also tell Trish Stratus was disgusted with Jackie Gayda.

          • Justin Mayo

Thankfully glad I don’t remember that match. Was it Raw? or PPV?

          • David Jr.

Raw, just google That Jackie Gayda match. The match is actually pretty infamous.

          • Justin Mayo

better or worse than Kennel from Hell?

          • David Jr.

Kennel from Hell was bad because of the stipulation. That Jackie Gayda match was bad because Jackie was so green.
I can’t believe that I made a tough enough joke about Austin Aries and Kenny King, would lead me to talking so much about Jackie Haas.

          • David Jr.

Did you watch season 2 of Tough Enough? trust me they highlighted those boobs.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Yes, of course I did! Who do you think you’re talking to, some fly by night fan? I know they did, and until I saw her live I didn’t think much of her other than her boobs, but when I saw her live she shocked me with how pretty she is. Terrible lipstick color, but really pretty.

          • David Jr.

I’m going to stop talking about Jackie’s boobs.

  • The Breaker

Wow, King is busted WIDE open!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

When and how did that happen?

      • Jesse Sherwood

During commercial, Aries threw King into the steps and busted him open.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

          Thanks, I missed that somehow.

  • Alex Gallardo

Kenny or Aries must have botched. That’s a lot of blood.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

You bust your forehead open and you’re going to gush. That’s why they blade there, bleeds so easily.

      • Alex Gallardo

Yeah, but wrestlers don’t even blade too much nowadays.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No, but they bladed there because of how easily and well your body will bleed from that area. My father got a nail in the top of his head and gushed blood like you wouldn’t imagine. It’s just the way the head, especially the front of the head, is.

          • Alex Gallardo

Well, I sure wouldn’t like to blade. If it was WWE the doctors would be rushing to clean him up quick.

  • Jesse Sherwood

Lei’D Tapa… The last Gut Check winner other than Jay Bradley.

    • David Jr.

Wes Brisco is a Gut Check winner.

      • Jesse Sherwood

You’re right! I forget about that one thanks to the fact he’s in A’s and 8′s and is actually showcased some!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I hope she’s tightened up her ring work. Even outside of TNA the talk was about how dangerous she was in the ring.

      • Jesse Sherwood

Well, she is her Uncle’s niece…

        • Justin Mayo

Who’s her uncle again? I know I’ve read it and I can’t remember.

          • David Jr.

            Barbarian

          • Justin Mayo

Sort of have a face in my head that might be him, but not sure…and too lazy to google…meh, let’s just go with OK!

  • The Breaker

Aries and Sabin… I’m somewhat intrigued.

    • Jesse Sherwood

That will be a good series. They faced off a few times in AA’s first TNA run and tore down the house.

  • Alex Gallardo

Aries vs. Sabin could be a good X Division feud. I see Sabin winning tonight then going on to face Aries at BFG.

    • Jesse Sherwood

Or Aries costing Sabin the Title, setting up the feud that way.

      • Alex Gallardo

But then what is the main story for the X Division going into BFG?

        • David Jr.

Manik vs. Jeff Hardy, Manik trying to prove himself?

          • Alex Gallardo

Perhaps, but I think Aries vs. Sabin just makes more sense.

  • Mike Love

For some reason, Chris Sabin just reminded me of Matt Hardy (Version 1.0) after his segment with Aries. Did anybody else get that vibe??

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I didn’t, but I can see where you’re coming from.

    • Jesse Sherwood

You know, it kind of did now that you mention it.

  • Alex Gallardo

It feels good seeing Hulk on TV again. And he’s get a huge pop!

    • Jesse Sherwood

Of course! Little Rock will love him, as he hasn’t been there in 15+ years!

      • Alex Gallardo

Every wrestling crowd loves him. Except for the smarky crowds.

  • Jesse Sherwood

You know, I wonder if HH or EB owns the rights to the NWO theme? Asking because I wonder how they have been getting away with using it.

    • Alex Gallardo

      They altered it.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

They did, but if the WWE owned it, they would still try to force the issue because it’s so close.

        • Jesse Sherwood

It’s close enough that WWE could easily win a copyright lawsuit.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Exactly, that’s why one of them has to own it. As much as VKM doesn’t watch TNA, you know he does.

  • Jesse Sherwood

Yeah, they have a LOT of seats tarped off.

  • The Breaker

Like him or hate him, Hulk still gets the huge pop everywhere he goes.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      Even a hugely papered show.

      • Guy Landau

I haven’t read a single report saying the live Impact tapings are papered. Source? (to be fair I haven’t even watched the show)

        • Jesse Sherwood

They gave away a lot of tickets in the St. Louis tapings 2 weeks ago in the guise of a food drive. All you had to do is bring in 5 non-perishable food items.

  • Jesse Sherwood

I’m sensing a HH heel turn here!

  • The Breaker

“Airing your dirty laundry in public is something that should never happen in this business.”

I guess Hulk has a really short memory…

    • Justin Mayo

Or no understanding of a business he helped build? Because some of the best angles have been the most personal.

    • David Jr.

Says the man who had his family on Hogan Knows Best.

    • Jesse Sherwood

Says the man who went around news outlets last year talking about his sex tape…

  • Mike Love

Hulk Hogan’s the type of guy who gets a segment to announce his participation in another segment later that night.

  • Alex Gallardo

I want Angle to return. As long as he’s sober and healthy I’ll mark out when he returns.

    • Jesse Sherwood

I really hope his rehab stint has helped him permanently kick that vice. Angle is much stronger than his addiction.

      • Alex Gallardo

The only thing I find weird is how fast he’s coming back.

        • Jesse Sherwood

Well, he was self admitted and it was only a 30 day stint, so I think he should be in a better place.

    • The Breaker

Dixie better not rush him back to work BFG if he’s not ready.

      • Alex Gallardo

I trust that Dixie is nice enough not to.

        • Justin Mayo

If you believe that, I got a bridge to sell ya for a very affordable price!

          • Alex Gallardo

She’s just too sweet to do something like that.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I would hope that she wouldn’t, but this is Angle, and Dixie hasn’t made the brightest business moves with TNA.

  • Justin Mayo

Ok guys, rate my comic relief effect on a scale of 1-10 so far :)

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

    What is an Ethan?

    • Justin Mayo

I think it’s some kind of street sign or rstaurant sign, from what the preview showed

    • Jesse Sherwood

Maybe Orlando Jordan’s lost cousin? Or a PTP rip off? Or another MMA guy?

      • The Breaker

Can’t ever count out that last one!

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

So, get rid of someone like Anderson who could do a lot on mic and in the ring, and bring in a no name guy. Gotcha.

  • The Breaker

Ethan… looks like he’s the long lost cousin of the Prime Time Players?

  • Alex Gallardo

TNA seems to hyping a lot of new people now. And I like it, TNA needs a bigger roster.

  • Mike Love

Manik will be the only man ever who can pull off wearing a title belt like that.

    • Jesse Sherwood

I agree, but he should turn it to the front! Make it look like a superhero chest emblem!

  • The Breaker

    He’s faking.

  • Alex Gallardo

Sabin breaks his ACL so much they made it a stroyline.

    • Justin Mayo

Don’t forget the revenge of Nash’s Quads

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That was actually my first thought as well.

      • Alex Gallardo

I actually think that joke is old as hell. It was funny at first, but then after so many years it got boring.

  • Mike Love

    Is that a sharpshooter?!

    • Jesse Sherwood

      Cloverleaf/Crab combo

  • The Breaker

He pulled a Daniel Bryan(When he threw AJ into Show)!

  • Jesse Sherwood

So Sabin turns heel and now has to use his old injury as a crutch heel move? BAKA!!!

  • Justin Mayo

Well guys, sadly I must leave. I have things to do, and it seems like my comedy night has flopped worse than a Ryback match. Goodnight everybody! See you all monday at the OTP

    • Jesse Sherwood

      Night Justin!

    • Alex Gallardo

See you another time. Don’t let my Scott Steiner fantasies haunt you.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      Night Mayo!

    • Justin Mayo

Goodnight my queen! Cya alex, and nah, you’re good like i said. And as for mr. sherwood, good night court jester

  • Alex Gallardo

And they make Velvet the equivalent of early 2012 AJ

  • Mike Love

    Wtf Sabin turn right

  • The Breaker

Wow, Sabin has turned into a pathetic, slimy crybaby heel. Meh.

  • Jesse Sherwood

Sabin just about showed Little Rock all of Velvet’s goodies!

  • Alex Gallardo

Knux, Garret, and Wes are the equivalent of a biker gang with a hint of 3MB.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I actually was just writing that in the BZ!

    • The Breaker

We’re laughing at them, but they aren’t even trying to be funny!

  • The Breaker

Yay, tonight could be the last we see of Bischoff or Brisco!

I can’t see them eliminating Knux. At least not yet.

    • Jesse Sherwood

Calling Bischoff, as I don’t see HH and EB being around much longer.

      • The Breaker

        I hope you’re right!

  • Jesse Sherwood

Ok, Baby Briscoe and Bischoff both had so much emotion there, I nearly came to tears! *sarcasm*

  • Alex Gallardo

We deserve to see Hogan twice tonight. His appearance on Impact has been short and scattered as of late.

    • Jesse Sherwood

You know, normally I’d debate that one to the heavens, but I can actually agree tonight. Hogan’s first segment has me intrigued and I am wondering if TNA is going to go the route with Hogan that I am thinking.

      • Alex Gallardo

Yes, yes. You’re getting closer to becoming a Hogan mark, now just fall into his hands and you’ll be a mark in no time.

        • Jesse Sherwood

The thing is, I never really grew up with Hogan. I watched USWA, WCCW, and CWA, then some WWF/WCW. I was always more attracted to WCW because a lot of the USWA guys would eventually hit it off there, i.e. Sting. By time I really knew a lot about Hogan, it was 1990. But I was a huge Macho Man mark!

          • Alex Gallardo

I loved Hogan and Randy’s feud in WWE in the 80s. It was able to draw so much that in 1998, ten years after it happened it still drew in WCW while they were splitting up the nWo.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

It’s funny, I was never a Hogan fan either. I should have been as I really am the right age for a lot of Hogan’s work in the 80s, but I was more of an Andre/Savage fan.

  • Alex Gallardo

I now see EGO vs. MEM at BFG.

  • The Breaker

Daniels called Joe a “diaper explosion”. xD

    • Jesse Sherwood

That has me rolling! Maybe because my youngest had one today!

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

EW! I’m so glad all of my kids are out of diapers!

        • David Jr.

I deal with diaper explosions all the time and I have no kids.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Well, old people need care too!

          • David Jr.

Yes they do, but I am not changing old people. I’m changing babies/toddlers. Just not mine, some other people’s.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Oh yeah! You’re a day care caregiver! Duh! *Slaps head* Blame the TBI!

          • David Jr.

Not surprising you forgot, not usually a job people think a man would have.

          • Jesse Sherwood

No, my darn memory issues caused it. Normally, I remember that sort of thing because it is unique.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

But because you do, it’s stuck for me.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

You deserve a medal for that!

          • David Jr.

Yeah I’ve probably changed more diapers than any father has.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Not Stacy, he’s done most of the work with his three kids. His ex-wife is useless.

          • David Jr.

I’ve worked at the Day Care for nearly 10 years. We average like 40-50 diaper changes in a day. there are 4 people who work there. so that’s like 10-12 diapers a day, average that over 10 years. So you see what I mean.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I understand, but I have to stand up for Stacy. He does more with his kids than so many fathers, Jesse excluded.

          • David Jr.

I’ve known alot of fathers who take care of their kids. I think its great that he did. I can’t believe I’m actually talking about diapers on a wrestling site.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Well, we are quite a different breed around here!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Which is why I love it here!

We’re talking diapers and how Alex G. can get in Scotty’s pants! What other wrestling site does that?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I’ve known too many cruddy fathers, but the area I used to live in was a breeding ground for teen pregnancy and deadbeat dads.

          • David Jr.

Oh I’ve seen deadbeat dads too, it seems like since i’ve worked at the day care, 25% to 50% of the fathers aren’t even involved in the child’s life.

          • Jesse Sherwood

Same here sis. Most fathers around here barely interact with their kids, and my graduating class had over a quarter of the girls drop out by senior year due to pregnancy.

          • David Jr.

Where I’m from, I think I heard somewhere Detroit is one the highest in deadbeat dads.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Actually, I’d be interested in see which states are the worst.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Some of the things they come out with just floors me. They are so 5th grade!

      • Jesse Sherwood

And in the best ways! May Bad Influence NEVER break up!

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I agree on that. They are great together.

  • Alex Gallardo

I always love seeing Magnus in the ring. Give him 2 years to develop his character and ring skills and he’ll be the face of TNA.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      If TNA lasts that long!

      • Alex Gallardo

Of course they will. If not then he can be a huge star with Matt Morgan in WWE (or maybe that’s just a dream)

  • Jesse Sherwood

Massive We want Sting chant! Sting grew here in the South, and will always be revered as a legend no matter what he does.

    • Alex Gallardo

He is an icon. At 54 he gets huge pops and can still go in the ring like 1997.

    • The Breaker

If he ends his career in TNA, who should he wrestle his final match against?

      • Jesse Sherwood

Honestly, AJ Styles. Face of TNA against the Icon. It’ll be another HBK/Flair moment for me.

        • The Breaker

That’s as big as it gets in TNA. I’m all for it!

  • The Breaker

    Brisco is finished!

  • Alex Gallardo

Bye Brisco. I hope you get another job, but learn how to wrestle before you call up Vince.

  • The Breaker

What has Wes ever done to impress Bully? I’ve never seen it!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

He has that snazzy too-dark tan that doesn’t reach his face?

      • Jesse Sherwood

        The wicked tramp stamp?

      • The Breaker

Not everyone can do it like Orton!

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

          Or Miz.

  • Jesse Sherwood

Briscoe?! I shouldn’t be surprised, as between him and Bisch he was the weaker in ring worker (I can’t believe I’m saying that), but I really expected Bischoff to get “Fired”!

  • Mike Love

I’m gonna be “that guy” and state that 3 consecutive chants made famous in the WWE have just emitted from the crowd in TNA. Just saying.

  • Jesse Sherwood

    And A’s revolt! Come on!

  • Jesse Sherwood

Come Knux! Do what’s right! Knock out Bully!

  • Jesse Sherwood

Honestly, when Knux splinters off here, I can see big things in TNA for him. He has grown immensely over the years. And he is a man I never expected to say that about.

  • The Breaker

    AJ won’t sign the contract.

  • Jesse Sherwood

    So HH just spoiled BFG!

  • Jesse Sherwood

So is Dixie going to renig HH’s signing powers?

  • The Breaker

Let me guess… Dixie has a new face of the company?

  • The Breaker

So Dixie’s just like… “Guys… forget The BFG Series. It didn’t matter at all.”

  • David Jr.

Dixie Carter: “I’m doing this, because it’s best for business”
Also did the southern speaking woman make fun of the southern speaking man’s accent.

  • The Breaker

She’s bringing up the #AskDixie stuff!

  • The Breaker

She needs to get to the point. Hogan hasn’t been this bad!

  • Jesse Sherwood

“They don’t know what it’s like…” To be completely inept at what they do?

  • Jesse Sherwood

    BORING chants!

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

What in bloody hell was that? Please, someone, explain to me what that was supposed to be!

    • The Breaker

I have to watch that again, as much as it’ll make me cringe. No idea what she was talking about.

    • David Jr.

      I am as equally confused.

    • Jesse Sherwood

Basically, it was Dixie trying to shore herself up as a heel while proving she could do this. She was fine at first, but went on too long.

  • The Breaker

She talked that much, and didn’t say anything of substance.

  • Alex Gallardo

Dixie still didn’t impress me as a heel. She was basically talking like a face, but what she was saying was heel. It’s like me smiling while telling you that you suck.

  • Jesse Sherwood

So now #AskDixie is a storyline and they are trying to bring in a 2 year old news story (1% protests) for it as well? Thoughts?

    • Alex Gallardo

Dixie should just drop this heel gimmick and pretend it never happened.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Jesse, you want to write up this final segment?

      • Jesse Sherwood

Sure! I’ll have it in a few.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Thanks! After last week, I’m not sure I could keep my cussing to myself.

    • The Breaker

What was she going on about with the 99% comments? Does it really have to do with the Occupy movement? That makes no sense.

      • Alex Gallardo

And I thought the Miley Cyrus references were bad. At least they were relevant.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Jesse’s right, she’s using a 2 year old storyline to try to get over – after babbling along forever about it!

      • Jesse Sherwood

The Occupy movements were all about protesting the 1%’s immense wealth, so the 99% (In this case, us fans) have never been in a position to know that top tier’s “issues”.

        • The Breaker

So basically her argument was “I’m rich and run this company, so I can do whatever I want. You’re either with me or against me.”.

          • Jesse Sherwood

And that we are trash who know nothing of what is good for TNA.

          • The Breaker

She can’t really make the claim that TNA has been a great success under her control though.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            She appears to be trying!

          • The Breaker

And the notion that Hogan is part of the 99% is laughable.

          • David Jr.

He lost so much money because of Linda, he might be. Why else would he be working for TNA?

          • Jesse Sherwood

            ZING!

          • David Jr.

You know there’s truth in what I’m saying.

          • Jesse Sherwood

            Oh I do!

          • The Breaker

            Haha so true.

  • The Breaker

Well, so much for optimism. That was an absolute train wreck!

    • Jesse Sherwood

Well, I am conflicted. It could have been much worse.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Have you been sniffing too many diapers? That was a travesty! A debacle! A %^@!ing mess!

        • Jesse Sherwood

Well, you and the rest of WNW will have to wait and see what I have to write!

      • The Breaker

She went on way too long, and confused the heck out of everyone. Those are two things you never want to do in a promo.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I really wanted to keep an open mind, and that little blurb at the start of the show wasn’t bad, but give her more than one line and she makes a mockery of all that is great in the world of wrestling heels.

  • Jesse Sherwood

One thing I want to note is Dixie’s ultimatum. What if HH won’t side with her? Will she fire him? Could this be TNA’s exit strategy to get HH off of TV?

    • Guy Landau

      My opinion – probably

  • Jesse Sherwood

Apparently, Impact trended #1 Worldwide on twitter for a bit tonight!

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      When? Do you know?

      • Jesse Sherwood

Apparently at different points all through the show.

      • Jesse Sherwood

Dixie is still trending worldwide right now.

        • Jesse Sherwood

And she just dropped off at 10:29. Still, 29 minutes after the show ended isn’t bad!

  • The Breaker

Dixie’s little power trip would me think that the co-owner and founder Jeff Jarrett would make a return, but after all the things he said about TNA recently I doubt that will happen.

  • cyc

I really enjoyed the Aries-King and Mannik-Sabin matches. I kept wondering if Aries was underneath the mask and was impressed with Kings effort after the accidental cut on his head.

  • cyc

I was really impressed with aries-king and sabin-mannik matches. I was wondering if aries was under the mask and thought king did a great job after the accidental cut.

    • cyc

      I screwed up.
