Jeff Hardy Discusses The Pros & Cons Of The Impact Zone, If He Has Any Retirement Plans, More

Chris Van Vliet of CBS-19 recently conducted an interview with Jeff Hardy, in which he discussed his facepaint, performing in front of a live audience, the state of TNA Wrestling, if he has retirement plans, and more. He explains his mindset in the following excerpt:

“Once I get out there, it’s just in my blood to perform the way I perform, but I don’t see myself wrestling until I’m 60 years old or anything like that. But, if I’m 55 or 56-57 and I feel pretty good – you know, I can’t put a number on it. It’s always gonna be a love of mine, and I hate it just enough, I think, so I’m at that perfect level. But yeah, I don’t put a number on it. I don’t know how I’ll continue to do what I do.”

Jeff Hardy will always be my favorite of all time.. one the best if not the best high-flyer of all time for just pure showmanship.. a lot of other guys can perform aerially like Jeff (Mysterio comes to mind as an example) but he was the only one who always had you on the edge of your seat going wooah I cant believe he just did that.. like when he climbed all the way up the scaffolding near the mega tron and hit Randy Orton with the swanton bomb knocking them both out of the match and taken out on stretchers. Highest risk moment Ive ever seen, aside from Taker throwing Foley off the cage.

If you hear his answer to the question on the best in the world. It really seemed like a subliminal shot at CM Punk.

    • Sophie

I know right, that’s exactly what I thought!

Jeff hardy was huge in his performances and popularity in wwe, to bad his addiction got the best of him, he was definitely among the big names in the wwe as a singles wrestler.

  • Hillbilly Jim

Addiction will get you every time, thank goodness is meth, steroids kills your family.

    • Darkstalker

Ouch. I laughed at this … and I am sure I´ll go to hell for it.
      R.I.P. Chris Benoit…

Jeff can’t wrestle til hes in his 50′s with a highflying style, can you imagine a 55 year old man swanton bombing off a cage or ladder, they would snap.
