I appreciate most of you guys won't of heard of this because you're mainly from the US but there was a football (soccer) player called Fabrice Muamba who suffered a cardiac arrest during a game early this year. He stopped breathing on his own for the best part of an hour and a half but pulled through with seemingly no brain damage, or at least very little with all his mental faculties still essentially in tact so I certainly hope the King will be as lucky.

My wife suffered, what her neurologist in Dallas thought to be, a severe brain injury in February from an adverse reaction to medication. She had hypoxia of her brain, meaning the medication cut off the oxygen to her brain much like a heart attack does where the blood flow simply stops. Today, she is actually healthier than she was prior to the incident due to her brain healing and changing medication for her seizures. Some brain damage is permanent, and some brain damage is temporary and can heal. Even if he has some damage (HOPEFULLY NOT), maybe it will be temporary. Also keep in mind, doctors are human and can be wrong too. My wife was given little hope from her doctor that she would make a full recovery, but thankfully he was wrong. Stay positive folks, Jerry isn't done fighting.

When you think back to the Owen Hart fall, when Jerry Lawler was the first person to jump and go see about the guy, it really breaks your heart.

I think we all owe "The King" to whip out our DVD's and watch some of his stuff and appreciate what he gave to the business.
