John Cena continues to publicly support Zack Ryder. He Tweeted today he feels Ryder should be given a United States Championship shot and tagged with him at recent European shows.
While a lot of this is kayfabe, Cena has been a vocal supporter of Ryder’s to WWE officials. Given his status in the company, Cena’s opinion holds a lot of weight.
