Kenny Omega Expected Back In NJPW By March?

Kenny Omega is under contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) through January 31, 2017, Wrestling News World has learned.

While the rumor he is headed to WWE is red hot, he will not be available to appear at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on Jan. 29, 2017. It’s believed that Omega tweeted about his future as a way to create more hype and that he could be back with NJPW by March for the New Japan Cup. However, nothing regarding his status is 100% at this point.

Omega is considered one of the top professional wrestlers in the world following one of the greatest matches ever against Kazuchika Okada at Wrestle Kingdom 11 earlier this month.

I’m starting to get tired of hearing about Kenny Omega being the best in the world right now. It’s like he’s getting all the credit for the match at Wrestle Kingdom 11. Kazuchika Okada was in the match too. He’s still the IWGP Heavyweight Champion in the midst of his 4th title reign. I’m not taking nothing away from Omega but where’s Okada’s credit?
