He's older and needs to get out of the way to let the younger talent shine. He's in a prime position because of his knowledge to help the younger talent "get over." He should be focused on that rather than being the "top guy."

He's got plenty of money, what this could mean is, if TNA won't make the deal, he'll buy out his deal and head elsewhere.

Guys he never mentioned WWE! You wanna read into things that arent there. A business decision could mean anything! Besides who cares where he goes! i bet 9-10 times the same marks who are dumping on Kurt for making this comment would pop huge if he showed up on Raw one of these days!
