Lanny Poffo Says WWE Hasn’t Reached Out To Him Since Randy Savage’s Death; No Hall Of Fame Talk

The brother of the late Randy Savage, Lanny Poffo, says WWE hasn’t reached out to him since the death of his brother. Furthermore, he’s heard nothing from the company about a possible WWE Hall of Fame induction.

Lanny claimed Randy said he would only accept an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame if his entire family (including Lanny and Angelo) was inducted as well.

    The problem here is, The Genius did NOTHING to warrant ANY hall of fame nod. His dad got in the WCW hall, Vince could just add that one to his.

        I stop taking the hall of fame seriously when they put Donald Trump, Drew Carey, and Koko B Ware in before Ted Dibiase Sr. It's not a real wrestling hall of fame anyway. It's just there to put over storylines. The only people to take the WWE Hall of Fame seriously is, ironically enough, TNA.

          I agree, Trump and Drew Carey didn't really bring anything innovative to the WWE. Well maybe Trump a little bit with all them Raw guest thing but Drew was just a waste of talent. Can you believe the only appearance he had at the fame was his Royal Rumble footage of him with Kane.

    whatever happened between vince and randy is between them. when randy died, wwe put a tribute for him on wwe tv and mcmahon wrote a tribute for time magazine.

    lanny should stop trying to make vince look like the bad guy in this situation. if mcmahon does not want to put the poffo family in his hof then that is his perogative.

    Lanny isn’t talking about himself. He’s talking about Macho Man. Lanny has never said he deserved to be in the HOF but has been putting his dad and Savage over for years. If WWE put Savage in they would likely contact his family.

    no matter what the beef is / was between Vince McMahon & Randy Savage, that should be left in the past. I believe The Macho Man is very much deserving of a place in Vince's WWE HOF

    Lanny isnt talking out of his ass on this one, On a wrestling podcast i listen to, lanny was one of the first guests on the show after the passing of Randy,and he said those exact same words written in this story.
