I think the shoe blow-out was real. Those straps just cut loose and she lost her shoe. But I'm thinking that latest fall was on purpose, done as some sort of joke after the shoe blow-out. What's next? Is she gonna' slip and fall off the side of the stage, or perhaps get tangled in the ropes as she climbs into the ring?
