Limited-Edition Undertaker Statue, Jake Roberts/Royal Rumble, More On WM31 Press Conference

- The McFarlane Toys online store is now selling a limited-edition Undertaker statue at this link. The statue is limited to 850 pieces and each one is individually and sequentially numbered. Each statue includes a Certificate of Authenticity

- Jake Roberts recently revealed on Twitter that he’s had “no contact from WWE at all” regarding working the 30-man Royal Rumble match as a surprise entrant. Roberts had set that as a personal goal that gained steam but I never heard there was WWE interest. Anything is still possible with the pay-per-view still over a month out.

- WWE used their superstars as ambassadors at Tuesday’s Wrestlemania 31 press conference in Santa Clara, California. Sheaus, Mark Henry and The Bella Twins greeted patrons at the venue and signed autographs for fans. Alberto Del Rio, John Cena and Stephanie McMahon all met with local media personalities for promotional interviews.

I don’t see them bringing in Roberts, WWE don’t consider him relevant or reliable. I love to see surprise entrants into the Royal Rumble. If it were up to me all 30 men would be surprise entrants – they shouldn’t let us know which members of the roster will be in the match in advance. Other than surprise entrants they shouldn’t have anyone in it unless they have a remote chance of winning or they can do a cool or funny spot during the match or it progresses/starts storylines. No point in having Heath Slater in just to boost numbers – I’d much rather they bring in the Bushwhackers!
