Mark Henry To Retire When WWE Contract Expires

Mark Henry stated in a media interview to promote next week’s Smackdown taping in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that he’ll retire from professional wrestling when his next contract expires. His new deal, signed last summer, expires in June 2016.

    That will be a sad day. I’ve always liked him. I just wish WWE would make up its mind regarding him. One minute, he’s dominant; the next, he’s being used as a throwaway in a feud.

      I agree WWE needs to male up their minds with him as you pointed out…one minute he is a monster tearing through everyone then the next he is no.. sure they need to get others over but it’s too much.

    I agree with mcfadden. Henry has been an exemplary employee. To me a true role model for younger fans and old alike. No short cuts, just hard work. He deserves better than his current crap hand booking given. Enjoy him while you still can. 2016 will come fast.
