So, he couldn't wait a couple of months for WWE to be able to hire him once this lawsuit business cools down?

  • Whits

    Aces and eights

Yeah, I was there when Matt Morgan returned. Just before he got into the ring to beat up Robbie E, he took his shirt off and threw it next to 6-7 yr old boy. The kid picked it up. Made his night. All smiles and laughing. Then some guy comes back after 10-15mins and tells him he has to give the shirt back. The kid all teary eye and sad. They should’ve least gave him 1 of their $5 shirts to replace it. That was the only bad thing of the show. & $8 beer.

    Blown it. Totally blown it.

Of course, that’s if he even had it to blow in the first place. Could have never even had the offer and was playing it up to get more money out of TNA.

He never left TNA, if anyone remembers, he signed a 5 year deal early last year, the only way he would've left would've been if TNA released him, his contract never expired. People seem to forget this. I was stating for about a month now it was Morgan at the head of Aces & Eights, but hey, we all know that TNA changes things on the fly. I mean it wouldnt happen, but could you imagine when Christian Cage comes back to TNA for Bound For Glory next month, could you imagine if it was revealed that Cage brought in the Aces & Eights? Ha! That would make people jaw drop.

Andrew, I agree. I was under the impression that he just signed a new multi year deal last year. Never could quite figure out why everyone was reporting that his contract was up.

      • kbunyon

Morgan was the one saying he was done with TNA, and the fact that he hasn't been seen anywhere near TNA, as well as him working to get to WWE has something to do with why everyone's been reporting that his contract was up. It really was up.
