Monday Night Raw Results (11/6/17) - Raw Gets Visitors

Welcome to Monday Night Raw coverage here at WNW.  This week Raw is taped so I'm going to be reporting the matches as they happen so to not spoil anything for our readers!

Monday Night Raw

Raw begins with a video package of Strowman's return last week.

Raw opened with an episode of MizTV, his special guest is Kurt Angle.  Before Angle comes out he cuts an excellent promo on Baron Corbin, where he tells Baron he's the bathroom break of Smackdown.  Angle wishes Miz the best in his match against Corbin but Miz says he doesn't express the same sentiment.  Miz shows the clip of Steph threatening Angle last week.  Angle denied he had anything to do with the Kane attack on Daniel Bryan last week. Miz got upset that Angle didn’t apologize for what happened to Curtis Axel and then added Braun Strowman to the Survivor Series team.  Angle said Braun was a helluva negotiator, he only had one request to be added to Team Raw, he wanted a match with Miz...TONIGHT!

Jason Jordan vs. Elias in a Guitar on a Pole Match

Elias got the guitar down first, but Jordan wrested it away and hit him in the face with the instrument for the pin.

Winner: Jason Jordan

Sheamus and Cesaro approach Kurt Angle about Seth and Dean defending Raw's honor at Survivor Series.  They think The Shield should have to defend their titles tonight so that The Bar has the chance to defend Raw's honor.  Kurt tells them they've got it.

Asuka vs. Local Jobber

Asuka won in about 5 moves.

Winner: Asuka

Alicia Fox announces Asuka would be a member of Team Raw Women's Match.

Titus O’Neal was going to wrestle Samoa Joe but was attacked by Samoa Joe before the match.  Joe then grabbed a mic and issued an open challenge to anyone in the back. The man who answers is...Finn Balor!!

Finn Balor vs. Samoa Joe

The match ended in a double count-out when both Balor and Joe would not stop fighting outside the ring. Kurt Angle came out and made both men part of the Raw Survivor Series team.

Sasha Banks and Bayley b. Alicia Fox and Nia Jax

Alicia Fox tapped out to the Banks Statement. After the match, Fox appointed Banks to the Raw women’s Survivor Series team.  Bayley looked a little shocked she wasn't chosen, too.

Braun Strowman b The Miz w/The Miztourage

The match ended via disqualification as Kane came out and attacked Strowman.  Strowman hit a running powerslam on Kane but Kane immediately sat up. Miz and the Miz-Tourage joined in the beatdown, but Strowman was able to fight them all off.

Enzo comes out and cuts a very, very long-winded promo.  It was so bad the announcers started talking over him.

Pete Dunne b. Enzo Amore

Dunne won via pinfall with the Bitter End. Kalisto was at ringside for the match. Kalisto raised Dunne’s arm afterward.

The Bar b The Shield for the Raw Tag Team Championship

It looked like The Shield had the match won but then New Day appeared in the audience to taunt the Raw Roster.  Kurt and all of Raw made their way out to surround the ring and in the chaos, Sheamus hit a Brogue Kick on Rollins and covered for the pin, as he and Cesaro became new tag champs.

  • Stoney

I still love hearing the ‘you suck’ chants during Angles entrance even when he’s a face.

    • Zack

      Me too. It just fits.

  • Stoney

Stupid PG Era, I loved the days when Stephanie got owned by everyone ie Rock, Stone Cold and Y2J. Doesn’t happen anymore and when it does Steph just no sells it completely.

  • Stoney

It’s sad that Curtis Axel didn’t inherit his dads charisma

    • Zack

I actually think he’s got a lot of charisma, WWE just doesn’t know how to channel it

  • Zack

Doesn’t England always sing this song to Bayley
