More Details On Jack Swagger’s Arrest

Jack Swagger, whose real name is Donald Jacob Hager, was pulled over at 11:59 PM Tuesday night after leaving this week’s Smackdown taping in Biloxi, Mississippi. Police say they initiated a traffic stop when they noticed a 2013 Ford Taurus speeding.

Once stopped, the officer observed Swagger, the car’s driver, was impaired and searched the vehicle. Marijuana was found and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Swagger was released to an acquaintance on a summons to appear in court on March 12, 2013.

Stop the madness while I’m not a Swagger fan at all, the guy will more than likely still face Alberto at wrestlemania. Orton has been in the dog house for years for marijuana. Jeff Hardy had strikes on him and wwe still put the title on him three times. I agree that if this were considered wellness strike then yeah doom and gloom for swagger however seeing as how Vince it’s living the media attention that the new Swagger has gotten both Vince and Hunter will have a private meeting with him and let him have it by the time that meeting is done Swagger will never get in trouble again and this whole mess will be forgotten watch.

  In addition to the penalties that may be imposed pursuant to his/her contract with WWE, a violation of this Section 14 may also be treated as a positive test for drugs prohibited by this Policy and therefore, subject to the penalties set forth in Section 15 of this Policy.”

    Once again that means nothing until they’ve done something. Rvd wasn’t fired, they just took the title off of him. Wwe even released a statement and they didn’t mention anything about a suspension or a firing the statement read Swagger is grown abs responsible for his own actions. He’s not the first wrestler to get caught by police with marijuana as I said Rvd and Jim Duggan. However if Vince were to fire or suspend Swagger I wouldn’t care I’m not a Swagger fan I wanted Mark Henry to win and beat Alberto at Mania, so you telling me all this means nothing because I’m only stating that just because this happened doesn’t mean that Vince will do anything as the match for Mania is already in motion.

      Its because you are an absolute tool!
      Its not a case of who had been found with what or whatever you dumb shit – its the fact that he was driving a car whilst under the influence of weed. Is that hard to comprehend? Jim Duggan, Jeff Hardy, RVD and Orton – all championship quality pot smokers, and power to them. The reasons that their penalties were that of fines, or stripped of titles or whatever is because all they did was smoke the stuff.
      They werent behind the wheel
      They werent in a situation that could potentailly cost others their life
      They werent in a situation that could potentailly cost their company a shitload as he had obviously consumed the weed whilst at work and therefore making his employer accountable.
      And you will sit back stroking your ego when it turns out that yes, he may just get away with it with some sort of in-house sanction and that is all. But as sure as you are that he will, he sure as hell runs a risk of getting in more shit than the early settlers because of his actions.
      So give this a go – lose the chip on your shoulder, sit back and watch it go, and if ur correct – hooofuckinray to you. And im sure you will sprout off to the universe about your wonderful insight. But until then – stop berating those who have different opinions and STFU with your ‘Im right’ hero stamps

That’s why he lost the wwe title the next night and the ecw title the night after that and was suspended for 30 days. Next time you lame ass Mark ass tool learn your facts before you speak to a grown ass man. Orton was caught smoking pot in the back of an arena before so he was actually on duty when he got caught. Jack Swagger was given the chance once before to Main Event and he blew it. Now he gets another chance and gets caught with drugs, making the company look bad with all their drug policy stuff. He’s done. Same thing with RVD, no faith, then “ok fine here’s the belt, oh you ruined it. Get lost.” Failing a random drug test behind closed doors is one thing but when you are shoved into the main event out of nowhere and then get arrested, you don’t just get a slap on the wrist. And Jack Swagger sure as Hell isn’t Randy Orton OR Jeff Hardy.

That just proves he was the wrong person to put intO the title picture. surely he will be suspended and his push will be derailed . this might be the end of swagger in the WWE. personally while I thought he was a good mid card talent I don’t believe he is world title material. but he had a golden chance handed to him when many others deserve it more and blew it. hopefully this now can push Dolph to the top where he belongs. give him a. chance to shine at mania !
