More Notable TNA Names Absent At Last Night’s Sacrifice Pay-Per-View

In addition to Dixie Carter and Eric Bischoff not being backstage at last night’s TNA Sacrifice pay-per-view, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were not there either. As I’ve noted on more than one occasion, Flair was advertised for weekend live events but didn’t show up.

The internal feeling was that last night’s Sacrifice pay-per-view was the best show the company has done in several months yet none of the high-profile administrative names were backstage.

Its only news when Flair shows up, his not showing up isn't news, its normal

  • Jaryd

Perhaps it was the best show in months BECAUSE none of the high-profile names were there.

    • David Snay

My thought exactly, Jaryd. Maybe they ought to release Flair, Hogan, and Bischoff, free up some money to pay the real stars of the show a fair wage. The three amigos haven't earned their keep in TNA, but Dixie ll keeps them ad.

      Amen Brother

If none of the big executives were there then who exactly ran the show?

  • christopher525

Wow, so none of the "big wigs" were around and they put on a good show? Shocking…who knew having no Hogan, Bischoff, or Dixie in the building would inspire people to work better.

  • robert

eh those guys are just actors anyway and a ppv is nothing but wrestling, they just try to build up the ppv's, unless hogan has another match he can't really add much.

    And that says A LOT.

They should save some money and fire Hogan, Flair and Bischoff and get someone in who is tougher than Dixie to run things. I also think that Jeff Jarrett deserves more respect and power as the founder of the company and as a singnificant shareholder. In my opinion, he brought the company way further forward than Hogan, Flair and Bischoff. He made people like AJ Styles and Abyss main event talents – rather than wasting fortunes on people like Flair who is a drunk with absolutely no interest in helping the company or even doing the job he's paid for. He will do the bear minimum to collect his pay check and attempt to keep himself relevant.

Why are Hogan, Bischoff, and Flair even on the payroll?

  • Kevin

Wait. So the top 4 execs with TNA were NOT backstage and they had the best show in several months? HMMMMMMM, methinks me sees the solution to TNA's problems.
