MVP Debuts Without A Contract, Magnus vs. Samoa Joe, James Storm Speaks

- MVP debuted with TNA Wrestling on a handshake and hadn’t signed a contract as of Thursday. He told The American out of the United Kingdom that WWE was his goal and Japan was his dream. The former WWE United States Champion said it was a correctional officer that introduced him to pro wrestling. You can read more at this link.

- Samoa Joe will challenge Magnus for the TNA Championship at Lockdown next month. As the storyline goes, Joe proved again this week he is the number one contender. Lockdown will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2014 in Miami, Florida.

    If that’s true that he doesn’t have an actual contract with TNA they are shockingly incompetent. They keep making decisions like that and it’s going to eventually lead to their demise. They are basically building the company around him at this point and he isn’t even contractually tied to them? Really?

      Not to mention that they just taped about a month’s worth of iMPACT! in the UK. So by any chance, if MVP is not officially under contract to TNA, who’s to say WWE won’t jump the gun and just out of nowhere decide to officially sign him from under their nose? (Not saying it’s going to happen but technically that is a possibility).
