  No he is not. The United States Championship doesnt count towards a Triple Crown achievement. D-Bry needs to win the IC Championship to qualify.

    I’d the US title doesnt count, then why is Cena considered a Triple Crown? Also why is The Miz also listed as a triple Tiple Crown BEFORE his Grand Slam achievement, AFTER winning the IC title?

      John, I don't know where you're getting your info/ from, but John Cena needs the IC Title to be apart of the Triple Crown (TCC) Lineage.
      
      To qualify for Triple Crown, the superstar needs to win either WWE Championship/WHC, the IC Championship & Tag Team Championship.
      
      The United States Championship has not yet officially been included as an alternate secondary title.
      
      Starting from 1971, there has been 25 superstars whom reached this pinnacle milestone.
      
      Pedro Morales, Bret Hart, Kevin nash, Shawn Michaels, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, Kane, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Ric Flair, Edge, RVD, Booker T, Randy Orton, Jeff hadry, CM Punk, JBL, Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Big Show, and the Miz.
      
      If they can win the US Title, among the Triple Crown requirements, then they will be recognized as a Grand Slam winner. That honor means winning all active championships that they are allowed (no Women's/Divas).
      
      Daniel Bryan, John Cena and the Undertaker are the only 3 superstars that need a IC Title reign to be recognized under TCC.
      
      Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, Santino, and William Regal can also qualify if they win either WWE or World Titles.
